The case is surprisingly solid compared to others that are light and flimsey. So far have not had any issues or problems. Buying online from Best Buy was a breeze and the price was great.

Easy to set up, es to use, bright, clear. I'm a lil jelly about my husbands gram being lighter, but this was a way better price & I think the storage capacity should last me a long time! I had heard of the brand, but this is the first one I've owned & I'm loving it!

The SSD provides excellent speed. The picture quality is fantastic (2560x1600). I prefer high performance, so the battery charge drops faster as a result (sacrifice I am willing to make but serttings are adjustable). The four ports are nice (2 c-ports and 2 USB), and the size (16 inch screen) is excellent imo for a laptop. So far (less than 1 month of ownership) I have zero issues or complaints. 10/10... PS. The price was excellent.
