I have only owned it for a few months but I do love the versatility of the screen and that you have a couple of ways of using a secure login, ie, finger print scanner or facial recognition. Haven't downloaded Adobe creative suite yet so can't say how well it performs with those programs.

    One of the best laptops

This laptop has been one of my favorites to use. I typically use a MacBook and decided to try the Lenovo Yoga. I want to mention that when I am editing videos that the graphic was on par. And I render the video to high quality, typically on most softwares there is a delay, but this seemed to work just fine. With me editing videos, the battery life was quite long especially during the rendering process. I did not need to charge the batter at the same time. It is a bit on the heavier side, but I feel that is expected since it has so much functionality. I also liked that I could use it as a tablet since I can bend the entering keyboard. Overall was very satisfied with this laptop!

Great Features at an Affordable Price

I use my PC both as a content creator editing videos, photos and creating graphics as well as personal use like online shopping. I really enjoyed the new Arc Graphics because it helped me to really hone it on my color edits to make my videos and photos crisper. Honestly I'm never one to use my laptop while it's not plugged in. I've had too many close calls with almost losing important projects so I'm not sure how the battery life compares to other laptops. For personal use I normally use a 2015 15" Macbook Pro but recently updated to a 14" Macbook Pro with the M1 chip for my content creation and for my 9-5 I have an HP. I feel like the overall performance for personal use like web browsing and answering emails was comparable to both my other laptops. When it came to video editing compared to my 2015 Macbook it was much smoother but a little bit slower compared to my 2021 Macbook. For editing photos it was about the same to be honest. I did find the touch screen fun to use for photo editing. I did feel like that's a feature was nice to have doing some of my edits compared to my Mac. I also did like the overall look. For a 16" it is surprisingly light, it felt lighter than my old 15" Macbook Pro so it's easy to travel with. Overall I think the main thing is always just adjusting from using a Mac to a PC. Since I use an HP for my 9-5 it's not as much of a struggle for me but I could see people who've been using Macs forever being so used to their set up that adjusting to a PC could take some time. Overall for the price point I think this would definitely be a great laptop for entry level content creation. One thing I'd love to be able to provide feedback on is the lifetime of the PC. I've used my 2015 Macbook Pro on weekly basis to edit videos and photos and it just now needs a new battery and the storage space needs to be more regularly manage but it still operates without issue in terms of speed. I'm not sure the lifespan of Lenovo in comparison. I'd love to be able to do an update in a year to compare if the performance starts to change after a year or so of consistent content creation.

Amazingly fast Lenovo Yoga 7i 16"

Upon receiving the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16" I was very impressed with how it was packaged. The packaging itself was very cool looking and filled with padding to support the laptop properly in shipment. After unboxing and hooking up the amazingly fast USB-c charger to the laptop I was ready to go with about 20 minutes of charging. The laptop itself had 3 times faster internet connectivity with Intel Wi-Fi6/6 making my web browsing experience so very fast with no lag. Every application I used from MS word to Photoshop worked at a blazing-fast speed, unlike my other fruitier computer. The graphics performance was almost supercharged with all-new Intel Arc graphics. From emails to school work the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16" worked like a dream. I do a lot on my laptop but typically do 4-6 hours of schoolwork a day on it and there is never any lag or snag that slows down my academic progress. This enabled me to Communicate confidently with the built-in intelligence of the Yoga 7i. I love the Intel Evo Platform; it is truly amazing and outdoes my other laptops as well as my wife’s. One thing is it is a convertible touchscreen laptop. These two features made anything I did so much easier as the touchscreen is extremely helpful while at school without a mouse. The overall design of the laptop is a very sleek and stylish silver while only weighing in at 4 pounds. The light weight of the laptop helps make carrying it around a breeze as it does not weigh your bag down. The battery life is stronger than most batteries I have dealt with staying charged without being plugged in for 2 days’ worth of classes with about 10 hours of use during that time. My current device is an apple MacBook Pro and I also have a 2-year-old HP with Intel core I5. I can easily and confidently say that this device blows away either of my other devices as well as my wife’s newer Dell. The only room for improvement I can see at this point is possibly a stylus being released with the laptop as I did go out and buy one since it did not come with one. Overall fantastic laptop which I will happily use solo for years to come.

I love this laptop. The battery life is amazing. I get multiple days on a single charge. I mainly use it for streaming and light gaming and they both run smoothly. The ability to go into Tablet Mode is extremely convenient when working. I haven't used a PC in years and it was a seamless experience. I highly recommend!

I recieved this product as a free sample and i have to say that I was delighted by the chance to use play with it for the past few weeks. First, it’s but but it’s also versatile. I love the ability to leverage the 2 in 1 features. It’s amazing for watching Netflix but also just as good for doing work and sending e-mail. The graphics are amazing as I did some light gaming. It’s lightening fast and super easy to set up. I’ve been using and Apple for ages and getting back to a PC was a breeze. It’s heavy, but it has a great full keyboard and isn’t as bad as I would have expected. This might not be best for a kid, but it’s perfect for an adult or to be used in a common area. The battery life is pretty great and it charges super fast. I like that you have more ports than a Mac and the touch worked really well. It easily docked to my home office seamlessly. It’s a great PC and I would highly recommend it. NOTE: I received this product as a free sample but the reviews are my own.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 16, model number 82UF0000US. This Intel Evo-Certified configuration of the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16, ships with the Intel WiFi-6, AX211NGW WiFi Chip, which when used with a WiFi-6, 802.11ax frequency Router, will provide transfer speeds of up to 3.5Gbps (compared with 866Mbps for a single 802.11ac stream). If you are having difficulty downloading specific APPs, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Also, there is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer:  https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. You can easily check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer and then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11 on your Yoga 7i 16. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. Lenovo
