Great laptop: snappy, stunning, stellar
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great laptop. Purchased this on sale for just $380 (open-box good) and received a pristine device. Fast U-series processor, very premium all-metal build, good battery (albeit not the best), nice 2.2K IPS display, Face Unlock, 2-in-1 capability, and some more cool features. My only annoyance is that I would've liked 16GB of RAM rather than 8GB, and because the memory is soldered to the motherboard, it is not upgradable. Nonetheless, if you can get this laptop at a jawdroppingly-low price, it's a stellar deal.

Awesome
||Posted . It's a well-built laptop with a premium feel, and it's performed flawlessly for me so far. High-quality construction The Yoga 7i is made with high-quality materials, including a sturdy aluminum chassis and a durable Corning Gorilla Glass display. The laptop feels solid in the hand, and it's clear that Lenovo has put a lot of thought into its construction. Excellent performance The Yoga 7i is powered by a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1335U processor and 8GB of RAM, which gives it plenty of power for everyday tasks and even some more demanding workloads. I've been able to run multiple applications at the same time without any lag, and the laptop has handled everything I've thrown at it with ease. Versatile design One of the things I love most about the Yoga 7i is its versatile design. It's a 2-in-1 laptop, which means it can be used in four different modes: laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. This makes it incredibly versatile and perfect for a variety of use cases. Long battery life The Yoga 7i also has excellent battery life. I've been able to get up to 12 hours of use on a single charge, which is more than enough for a full day of work or school. Overall, the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 14" Laptop is a high-quality and reliable device that offers excellent performance and a versatile design. If you're looking for a new laptop, I highly recommend checking it out. Positive highlights: High-quality construction Excellent performance Versatile design Long battery life Overall rating: 5 out of 5 stars

BEST LENOVO YOGA 7 YET!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned 2 previous gen 7i laptops and this new one is by far the best one yet. The gen 13 i5 has performance that is unmatched by any previous gen i5, in fact when tested it bested the 11th gen by as much as 40%. The display is advertised at 300 nits but I feel its performance is better. The 2.2 k display is great on the eyes. Battery lasts as much as 13 hours when browsing the internet. I tested the 512 gig hard drive and was amazed to see it rated 5150 mbs, which no other prebuilt laptop I ever bought had this much speed. I really like that I can use the 5M IR camera to log in using facial recognition. Once you use IR to log in you will never want to go back to fingerprint(although it is available too). If you got the $$ just buy this you wont regret it.

Yoga 7i Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Lenovo Yoga 7i is a versatile 2-in-1 laptop that impresses with its sleek design, vibrant touchscreen, and solid performance. Its comfortable keyboard, long battery life, and robust build quality make it an excellent choice for productivity and entertainment. However, it could benefit from more powerful graphics for demanding tasks.

Great laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great mid-size laptop. Very light and responsive. The keyboard is much more ergonomic than other brands and the low profile keys are comfortable for fast typing. Very fast and has lots of ports for USB-A and USB-C, as well as a memory card reader. Battery life is sufficient for work when unplugged.

Nice unit from Lenovo.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very nice laptop given the price point I received during a Best Buy sale. I prefer laptops with a 2K display and 16:10 aspect ratio, which this one has, and it offers face recognition, fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, nice quality touchpad and solid overall build quality, on-par speed-wise with my M2 MacBook Pro, nice bright display, with nicely saturated colors and touchscreen capabilities. Speakers sound decent. 13th-gen i5 processor is snappy. Almost silent, the fan is not annoying when it rarely comes on for mainstream uses. Reasonable port selection. My only niggles right now are the power button on the right side is easy to accidentally touch, and it is a bit heavier than my previous Lenovo, but this one comes with a larger, higher-resolution touchscreen, although I don't personally use a touchscreen on a laptop. It's been a pleasure to use so far.

Awesome Lightweight Laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop for college and I was not disappointed. It is fast, lightweight and holds a charge well. The option to turn it into a tablet it FANTASTIC. This laptop does everything I need it too and more. I did purchase an external hard drive just so I don't bog down the laptop. One thing I will note - if you want to use the Journal app you will have to go onto Lenovo's website and ask for help finding the correct pen to use with the laptop.

A great Laptop for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned a small screen laptop for several years and have never been very happy with it. It isn't upgradeable to Windows 11. I had an opportunity to upgrade laptops and after a lot of research, I opted for the Lenovo Yoga. After almost a month of use, I've found the Yoga is fast, and the screen is very clear and readable. I like the different configurations you can use it in. The touch screen is very sensitive and accurate. I love the fingerprint login feature. The only negatives are very minor: 1 - Only one USB port 2 - Only one USB C port is available when the power supply is plugged in. Both of these can be overcome with a USB C hub. The one I bought has 2 USB C and 2 USB ports. 3 - Only 8GB of memory. I would like to have 16GB, but I couldn't pass up this laptop at the sale price I got it at. All in all, I am very satisfied with it. If you aren't familiar with Windows 11, do some research and try the customizations to get it looking and feeling the way you want.

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totally satisfied with my purchase. It is elegant, fast and solid, though a bit heavy I would say. I don’t personally carry it around, so that is not a problem to me. I bought it together with a bamboo pen and they are a perfect match.

for school
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got this as a grad gift; as an apple user, it took some time to get used to the microsoft tech, but i like the 360 fold aspect and the size is perfect. plan to use once school starts again! it does tend to start overheating when flat on a table or bed, but does cool down fairly fast. also the fan isn’t loud so i am not bothered by it.

Vastly Underrated!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is underrated! It's well made, very sturdy, and the design is modern and functional. The curved edges may not make it super thin but it's much more comfortable. Keyboard is responsive, touchpad is great, and no complaints about the screen either. It has a good amount of ports, charges quickly, and the battery, while not the longest, is very good. This is the perfect machine for school or work, and I don't think there's another touchscreen laptop that can come close for this price.

Love my Yoga 7i
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like my Lenovo Yoga 7i. For one thing the battery life is terrific compared to my last 3 laptops. The cpu seems pretty fast to be and I5 and I will be loading APEX legends and World of Tanks this weekend. The touchscreen works well and doesn't show fingerprints as bad as some. I haven't used the Thunderbolt 4 port for video output yet but it charges pretty fast thru it. The bluetooth paired up fine with my earbuds which my last laptop would never do reliably. This isn't a cheap laptop but it's a one. If you need Thunderbolt 4 it might be one of the lowest priced units you will find.

Efficient For Light Use
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop to replace my old gaming laptop after getting a desktop. I still needed a laptop for university, so this time I wanted something efficient. And this definitely fits the bill. With no dedicated gpu to suck power, this holds a charge for browser usage for more than a couple hours versus my old laptop that barely held a charge for about 2 hours. This laptop definitely isn't as powerful, but that was ok with me. Although, this one does have a better screen. With a 13th gen mid-tier intel processor it's still decent, but if you lower your expectations a bit, this laptop is pretty awesome for such a small package.
