This laptop is actually very good, I bought it because I needed a laptop for college and I bought it open box so it was a little bit cheaper. But when I got it the screen was so clear and crystal graphics, it runs very well and I can do all the normal stuff I need to do for school but also play stardew valley hehe. And it’s touch screen but I don’t use that much because I don’t like fingerprints everywhere nor do I have a Lenovo pen. It’s the kind of laptop that districts give teachers in school, im an 8th grade student teacher and I saw what everyone was using and wanted one too.

The screen and build of this laptop are excellent, and it is a great option for those who want a durable but lightweight notebook. The screen has Active Electro Static, which means active tip stylus work with it, and my sister has had a great experience so far.

I needed a Laptop as soon as possible. My customer rep was very knowledgeable, plus not pushy. The laptop was easy to set up and use. I've had no problems at all. It is fast and has all the features I was looking for at a decent price. A+

Speedy laptop. No issues at all. Wish screen was a little bit brighter but nit bad for the price. Sometimes hit power button off bc of placement. Great battery life. All in all for price and what ya get its a great laptop.

Bought for college work, snd its simple and easy to use. I love the fact of it being touchscreen. In my opinion its a little heavier than others but it has great quality & functionality. Best purchased ive made for college so far.

A nice one fast and good charge easy to use not heavy

This was bought for my granddaughters 12th birthday. She loves it. Fast searching and she can do her games and projects with ease. Great size and screen color. She is thrilled. Nice to be able to turn the screen around and use as a tablet.

Good laptop for the price, touch screen work well, compact, appropriate weight for carrying the laptop anywhere.

My son in 2nd grade loves having the option to use either the keyboard or the touchscreen while doing his schoolwork. I like how it was easy to set up and use. The speed at which the pages load are great as well.

They truly spent about 20 minutes with me, trying to find the perfect laptop for me which I am truly grateful for. They were very patient and thorough, which I appreciate more than they know. The laptop is amazing. I enjoy working on it. I have never had anything besides a MacBook, but I am extremely happy with my purchase and can see myself using my laptop for a very long time or as long as it’s the last me.

Good laptop, have been using it for over two years and its been a beauty. No issues, not any slower than when I purchased it, and still have good storage.

This laptop is a great upgrade from my old one. The screen is great and it’s ultra portable. I don’t use the tablet mode but it’s a nice to have feature. I mainly use it for work and it works great.

I got this laptop for general computer use. I’m not a gamer. It is excellent for my needs. The display is crisp and as a touchscreen, can double as a tablet. I use the google suite of applications and therefore don’t need to install a lot of third party apps. Windows now even has a feature that allows texting in this laptop to be synced with an iPhone. I’m very happy with it. I have used Macs until this purchase but their prices have become too expensive in my opinion. For $550 it seems like I found incredible value.

Very good computer, not heavy , very light , long batter life , doesn’t take long to charge

Laptop is great for normal use So far I am overall happy with this unit. The screen quality is very good for a lower to mid budget laptop and colors are vibrant enough. Touchscreen works great as well. I like the idea of the flexibility of changing between laptop mode and tablet mode. The 16" screen size in tablet mode is great for watching movies and other random entertaining things, but if your goal is to use it for note taking or similar, it is a little on the larger side and would recommend the 14" instead. My main purpose is to use it for travels and remote work via remote desktop,

Lightweight, easy set up, great screen contrast and speed. First laptop I had to buy and found this to be great as it’s also touchpad and can use like an iPad too!

Easy to operate, clear background lighting making it easy to read print. Great price/value. Light weight for ease of taking laptop where yog go.

Overall the product is good. It works quite excellently. Good battery life. But cannot extend the RAM.
