    I love my laptop, but it was the Best Buy employees who really went out of their way to make sure I had the right item, and that I had it in time for my classes.

    This laptop is suitable for regular home use, with decent performance and features. However, I noticed that the battery charging capacity has decreased slightly. It went from 100% to 97% full charge. This is a minor issue, but it could affect the battery life in the long run. Apart from that, I am satisfied with this laptop so far.

    This is a great computer! It is touch screen and has lots of space! You can use Face ID to get into the computer or with a password. It even has a thing to slide over the camera for privacy! I definitely recommend!

    We purchased this laptop for my daughter starting college. Excellent value for students. I am not a fan of the touch pad when pressing the pad down for a function. It seems we have to press with a little force to engage the tough pad. Otherwise my daughter loves her laptop.

    Good little laptop, Slows down a bit with too many browser tabs open, but it was a lot of tabs. Feels great for doing word processing, surfing the web normally, doing schoolwork, etc.
