This is the best 2-in-1 laptop in the market for $700-$750 price range. The screen and keyboard are excellent. The hinge mechanism also feels sturdy. Overall a great productivity laptop that is snappy and fresh.

I was hesitant to try my Levonoaptop as I've only bought Dell and HP. However I really like that it's durable, the speed is great for me and the price was right at Best Buy.

Great personal computer. I like that it is touch screen, you can bend the screen to your preference. Also appears very fast, no complaints so far. Mind you, I did research on quite a few laptops before I finally purchased. Lenovo is also a reputable brand so I'm expecting this one to last a long time and function as it should.

I called the store and got an associate from the computer department and she was extremely helpful in making a great decision to buy the Lenova computer. The computer has performed flawlessly and been super user friendly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks again for the help.

Positive Very convenient and fast. Works good for using Microsoft office apps. Negative It's new and sometimes it gets extremely hot. Also, when touching it when plugged in, sometimes it feels weird. Like there might be a slight electric current leaked.

Great laptop! Works great and very good quality, love how the speakers are in the side too instead at the bottom where in a lot of cases would sound muffled.

Best Buy dropped the price of this laptop by $100 5 days after I purchased it and increased the trade in value by $50 on the same device I traded in. When I call via phone they hang up on me when I am transferred to speak to a supervisor. Then when I try reaching out via chat they give me the run around, they say they will offer a price match refund in 7-10 business days. After 7-10 business I didn't get anything, so I followed up, then customer service said since I waited the 7-10 days the order is out of the return window so a credit cannot be issued. Then they said they'll give me a gift card in the mail for $100 that will arrive in the mail. It's a total scam, Best Buy has the absolute worst online and phone customer service and they do not stand by their products or pricing. Shop elsewhere.

Excelent product! Very fast, amazing screen, backlit keyboard, slightly and softly clicky keyboard. Great gray matte finish on the computer, and it's foldable. No lags, does not overheat. Got this when it was it had a promotional price but I easily would buy this at normal price. It has facial and finger print recognition and the screen it's touch. Battery lasts a lot. Runs Halo Infinity with mid specs. I'm pretty sure it runs valorant and all that good stuff. What else can I ask for? This computer it's phenomenal. My use to it? I'm a teacher so a lot of files and portability is important to me as well as battery life and this is great!

This laptop has been great for me as a secondary laptop due to its size and it's quite thin for its performance. Really fast laptop with back lit keys and touchscreen. 16gb of ram is needed for a day to day work usage laptop. No dedicated graphics, but the one that is built in is quite capable already for my usage. No crazy gaming obviously, but older or lower rez games are totally fine. Lol Price is also doesn't break the bank, so it's right where you have mobile performance in the middle. Thank you Lenovo!

It was between this laptop and an Apple. I went with this one because I wanted to be able to flip the screen and take hand written notes. I purchased the Lenovo pen and works perfectly. I’m in love with it. It’s fast, easy to use, and helps me stay organized for work! I would recommend to anyone in school or work. Even personal use to stay organized. The picture is crisp and bright. I love this computer has some weight to it, not a ton but I feel like I’m holding something.
