It was open box Said excellent condition but had a few dent and scratches

As a techie who juggles small business tasks and occasional video editing, the Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 has been a solid upgrade. The Intel Core Ultra 7 chip combined with 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD gives me more than enough power and storage to handle multitasking without slowdowns. The 2K touchscreen is crisp and responsive, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how smooth the tablet mode is for casual use or quick sketching. Battery life is respectable, and the build quality feels premium with that Storm Grey finish. Overall, it hits a sweet spot between performance and versatility.

This pc works like a champ for the price. The pc is fast enough, and thankfully the processor isn't from the series that are currently having issues (we'll see how things go as time goes on). The screen looks really sharp and the physical camera block is a big anxiety calmer. I installed Ubuntu onto this machine and it took to it well. The bios that this pc runs is Lenovo's new bios which looks modern unlike their ancient looking bios from last year, although, the bios is still lacking in features and customizability. Almost everything worked out the box on Ubuntu, except the fingerprint reader. I did get the fingerprint reader to work, but I had to manually alter the fingerprint reader's driver's C code and add this particular chip to the list of known readers, and then recompile and install the package. A bit of a challenge for those who are up to it. The laptop is light enough, and I haven't noticed it get really loud yet. It is sturdy feeling and has enough ports for my need, the only downside being that there is only 1 usb A port, but an adapter can be used on one of the other usb C ports. Power does last for advertised time, I've had it around two weeks so far and only had to charge it 3 times.

I have been using this laptop about a week. It's a fantastic all around laptop with a vibrant IPS screen despite not being OLED. The Ultra Core 7 processor really boosts battery life without sacrificing performance. The sound from the upfiring speakers is excellent, but don't look for any huge bass boost. However, they don't sound at all tinny like many mid-price laptops. The large touchpad is responsive and performs well. The mechanical privacy camera shutter with facial login is a real plus. In addition, it also has a fingerprint reader. Both are very accurate and responsive. Haven't used the camera, so I can't comment on that. The 2-in-1 feature is excellent and the touchscreen is very responsive and smooth. WiFi connection is solid and speedy. In general, an excellent lightweight, good performing laptop that takes care of office duties, videos, and internet surfing quite well. The Intel on-board graphics does a good job for general use, However, I wouldn't choose this model laptop if I was considering heavy gaming. I'm very pleased with the purchase of this laptop from Best Buy. Highly recommended. And, the large selection of demo laptops at my local BB really helped in my search for a new laptop that meets my needs. I also appreciate the help from the BB associates as well.

I’ve been using the Lenovo Yoga 7i for the past six months, and I must say—it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I purposely waited this long to write a review so I could truly evaluate its performance over time. Performance-wise, this laptop is a beast. It's fast, responsive, and handles multitasking with ease. Whether I’m working on heavy files, browsing, or streaming, everything runs smoothly without any lag. The touchscreen is another highlight—it’s responsive, accurate, and perfect for quick navigation or creative tasks. But the real game changer for me has been the illuminated keyboard. It’s extremely useful when working at night or in dimly lit places, like in a car. I find myself relying on this feature often. Design and build quality are solid. The 360-degree hinge is a cool feature that adds flexibility, turning the laptop into a tablet when needed. However, after a few months, I did notice the hinge becoming slightly loose—not a major issue, but something worth mentioning. Still, it doesn’t affect the overall usability. In terms of speed, reliability, and accuracy, this device gets all thumbs up from me. It's definitely value for money, and I’m happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a powerful, stylish, and reliable 2-in-1 laptop, the Lenovo Yoga 7i is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended.

Love this little laptop! The maneuverability is wonderful. Great versatility. Great graphics, the screen is sharp and clear. It’s fast and has a nice keyboard. All trimmed down to make it lightweight but fully functional. My fave laptop was a Dell and I’m thinking this gem is gonna give it a run for the money!!! Impressive!

I bought this for my daughter. She loves the speed of it and the backlight She also likes that the battery lasts a long time and the display is vivid.

Great all-around laptop. I actually traded in an M2 Macbook Air for this laptop. Mostly because I needed a Windows laptop for my day-to-day work. Intel's new Ultra processors are very efficient and work well. (I even booted up Halo Master Chief Collection and was getting 60 FPS). Battery like always shows anywhere from 5-10 hours depending on my usage of course. I am keeping Lenovo's smart charging on so my battery hasn't charged above 80% to save the battery life since i am plugged in 80% of the time. The screen is clear and crisp, the build quality is really nice and well put together. Sound quality is great with Dolby. My only complaint is I am used to haptic touchpads, between the mac and a dell I use at work as well, this one is very loud, but it's a minor detail.

No graphics card separate but this is very good for daily use. Be careful, not i7 of Intel it is something else Ultra 7. I didnt noticed when I buy but now Im pretty happy. Tablet mode is perfect, excellent battery life. SSD and memory are killing it!

I am beyond thankful for this device. I originally had a Microsoft Surface, which didn't even last me four years, before crashing on me, to the point of insalvageability (not sure if that's a word, but you get it). The speed, the ports, the support package from Lenovo, the battery life indicator, the sleekness, adaptability/convertability (laptop vs tablet), the speed, etc., are all top-tier. Very much worth the price.

I brought this laptop for my son in Highschool and he loves it. It has a great screen and is completely foldable. The laptop has a stunning display, with good memory and a fast processor. Highly recommend.

I like the display and and how it looks. So far it has been running without issues. It does a decent job if you need a laptop for college. It can get warm but nothing major if you are doing light work. I don't think it is good for games and more heavier work that is beyond using Microsoft applications. It is glossy and even in max brightness can still see a refleftion but not a major problem for me. I'm not sure if it the laptop or a youtube problem but sometimes at 2k the videos tend to lag. Overall its a good laptop if you can get it on discount. Display is nice, keyboard is nice, sound is good but not the best. Webcam could be better.
