Great laptop that you can actually use in your lap while sitting on the couch. Nice screen, good trackpads, really like the touch screen. Good battery life. Lightweight. Fast performance.

Excellent laptop. Purchased this for homework and personal day to day activities. It has held up very well. The system is very easy to use. My work mostly purchases the Lenovos for staff, and if you're not an avid MAC user then you have no complaints or care to compare. The startup and shut down are incredibly fast. Even the updates have proven faster than some of my other laptops I've used. It definitely isn't conducive for a gaming laptop. My son downloaded epic games and it slows down the system when it's running it the background.

Our daughter really likes this computer but it had a problem so we returned it for another of the same model. I still gave five stars because it’s a good laptop at a good price and there was just a one-off quality problem which the replacement doesn’t have. On top of that, the Best Buy people were extremely helpful in choosing the model and were very cooperative with the return and replacement. Both reasons I continue to go back to Best Buy. The computer is compact, flexes backwards, not too heavy, has good screen quality, good battery life, reasonable amount of ram for our daughter’s purposes, and a good amount of sad memory.

Gorgeous screen for a small laptop. The touch screen is a great feature. Nice 'touch' to the keyboard. This is my second Lenovo Yoga laptop and I like them a lot. It is easy to use - more intuitive than some other computers. My only negative comment is that this model has only one standard port and the rest are the mini ports - now I have to get a multi-port docking station to connect most devices.

After chasing down the UPS delivery worker and in my excitement accidentally locking my door when I got out (yeah...), I obtained my anticipated laptop. I had recently purchased the 6i (phenomenal laptop as well), but then this went on sale and I couldn't pass it by. I am throughly impressed and satisfied by it. It is well worth the price; you're getting excellent hardware and design. This laptop is art. Simple. Please don't hurt yourself by getting a more expensive Mac instead.

Laptop has worked flawlessly and is so easy to use and handle for transport. Touch screen makes it easy to move cursor, highlight text or click menus with ease.

I got this laptop on President's day sale. It's a very fast and decent laptop. Lots of memory and 512gb SSD, so can't beat that. Battery lasts a long time on a single charge. Fingerprint reader works great. What I didn't like is the screen brightness does not go that high in direct sunlight. Second, the keys on the keyboard are not that great. They are too shallow to feel and get a good feel for typing. I never know where I am.

I loved this laptop and wanted desperately to keep it. It is light weight, super fast, has a touch screen and 2 in 1 etc. It checks all the boxes that I wanted in a laptop. However, there is one fatal flaw. Every 10 minutes are so, the Wi-Fi connection is lost for 30-40 seconds and gets reconnected. If I am using it to browse internet, watch streaming services etc, no big deal. Few pauses in streaming, I can live with. If I want to use it for MS Teams meetings or Zoom sessions for work, then the performance is unacceptable. I tried updating drivers, tried all kinds of troubleshooting. I am not expert in networking, but not a slouch either. Tried googling it and realized this apparently an issue with Lenovo Yoga laptops. I returned it today.

Well I must say this has been a wonderful Laptop This is way better than Lenovo Tablet 10 that I used to have. I think the Lenovo tablets should have 12gb - 32gb rams and a 1tb - 4tb storage. However I really like my Laptop it's a little lighter than my Toshiba. And this Lenovo laptop is great on gaming in some areas and great watching movies and shows the Dolby Vision is really awesome. The battery life is amazing it last all day. Great Job Lenovo on this Laptop!

I love this laptop. I thought it was a little strange to have 12 Gb ram but I guess that was their way of being between 8 and 6. Nice 512 Gb SSD drive and the finger print reader was a plus. Not hot to the touch when running but it will put out some warm air through the fans on the back. Love the touch screen and bought a cheaper stylus to work with screen. Be sure to update to Windows Pro to do any IT type work.

On sale this is a goo laptop for the price. CONS keyboard is not backlit number of ports available No HDMI port PROS Fingerprint reader Super fast startup WiFi Connection Out of the box, nice and sleek. Easy setup and registration. Power supply is USB-C but there are 2 USB-C ports, both work bi-directional. Nice. Noticed working in the early morning/late night that the keyboard is not backlit - I missed it wasn't listed as a feature. Small annoyance. Wanted to watch a movie streaming to the TV but no HDMI port, now I need to buy a HDMI to USB-C adapter. Plugged in my USB mouse and noticed there is not another port for a flash drive unless I unplug my mouse or plug in a multi-port USB adapter but that defeats the purpose of a laptop. And since I take a lot of pictures on a camera, I noticed there is not an SD port. It's a shame, this laptop will be going back to Best Buy, not for performance but for features it is lacking.

I have had the laptop for one week and I have found it to be a really great laptop. It is very fast and has handled everything I have asked it to do. This is mostly browsing, Netflix, YouTube and Excel. I don't game so I can't speak to how well it handles that. Best Buy's current price of $749.99 makes this a steal. All my previous laptops have been 15.6 inch but this one at 14 inch is the perfect size. Haven't had a chance to test the battery much but it appears to be more than adequate.

I didn't know if I would like a smaller laptop, but the Lenovo Yoga 7i is a pleasure to use. Great keyboard, lightweight, easy to use and carry. The only issues I am adjusting to is the smaller volume hard drive and limited ports. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase. We have purchased our last 4 laptops from Best Buy - best selection and prices.

This is a very solid laptop. I was in the market for a new laptop since I occasionally like to work from my bed (instead of my desk). I was looking for a laptop that could handle a large number of tabs on the Chrome browser, Microsoft Suite, pdf files, and play music at the same time without issue. This computer can do that and more. Some laptops can have a cheap, plastic feel to it. This computer does not have that feel; it feels very solid and durable. The touchscreen is a definite plus, as it gives me a break from the trackpad. I have not tried to use it as a tablet, I have a separate device for that, so I can't comment on using this computer for that function. The battery life is another plus. Sometimes in the evening, I like to watch YouTube, Netflix, or another service. I have been able to watch movies, fall asleep, and 8 hours later the battery is still running around 30 to 40%. The picture quality is pretty good, especially for the price. I had picked this item up for around $650 or so.

I picked up this laptop and it has been a good workhorse for me. It's light and easy to handle and the battery lasts longer than I need. The display is very crisp and clear for me. The speed is there when I'm on the net and it processes the data really well. Overall I recommend this laptop for a student like myself or a business person.

Wow!! I was a Chromebook user for the last 8-9 years. I wanted to get back into the Microsoft Ecosystem and recently I purchased the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go with the i5 and 128GB. It was a nice machine but I was annoyed that the fan was always running and making horribly noticeable noises. The battery was also barely able to get me 5 hours of usage. I exchanged it at Best Buy for the Lenovo 7i 14" i5 Evo. I am so thrilled with this unit. Here are my initial impressions: Pros: Super fast processor, Great screen with extremely vivid colors and enough nits of brightness to use on my balcony here in the SUNSHINE state, solid and loud speakers, hardly any bloatware, PHENOMINAL BATTERY LIFE (9 hours today with 20% still available!), Great security with a highly responsive fingerprint sensor and the ability to close the camera, nice Dark Moss color as opposed to the usual silver, black or grey. Cons: USB Type C port should be on each side and not just on the left, luckily the power adaptor is long enough, the bottom bezel should be cut in half. Yes, I can hardly come up with any negatives. Believe me, I tried! Highly recommended. This is the best bang for you buck.

I have had this laptop for about 3 weeks. Almost everything about this laptop fells good, specially at this price (I bought it new for $649). With a metal body, you can feel the quality moments after unpacking it; a light but sturdy laptop, hinges feel reliable but not too hard to flip, etc. The 14 screen is not super bright, but bright enough to work in normal conditions. Speakers are loud and clear. I liked and disliked some small details in the design. I use this laptop for school works and teach classes and since it's a Lenovo I was sure it works for me. Key are well-placed with strokes that are good enough. Screen is small enough to carry around and big enough to work on. With a 11th gen corei5 and a 512 SSD, it is a fast PC and you can feel it the first time you boot the windows. You can play some games (FIFA20, Jedi fallen order, etc.) at minimum quality but it's not designed for gaming. There are two main things that I hoped were different about this laptop. First, the power button is easy to push accidentally, specially when flipping to tablet mode. My wife had a Yoga c740 2-in-1 which is actually the same laptop and design, but this didn't happen to me with that one! Second, I hoped this laptop had at least an HDMI or a SD card reader so that I could use a smaller hub or adaptor.
