Definitely love the dolby audio, hd display looks high quality, keyboard is fascinating. This has all of the things I could ask for transforms into a tablet so I could take notes, led keyboard for night time, and camera security. 10/10 recommend it had it for a week so for I haven’t had a problem

WiFi network adapter fail

After 8 months of using it, the WiFi driver randomly started to break, even tho all updates set to automatic modes. Now it is the second time in two weeks that the laptop can’t connect to the wireless internet and at this point useless for remote work. One of the options I found to fix it quickly is to purchase internet adapter to connect to the internet via cable, which can’t be used anywhere. One of the options technical support suggested, is to send to lenovo for repair, but that can take up to two month and, of course, in order to back up all existing information user need connection to the internet or spend additional money for hardware memory. That my fist kind of experience among 5 other brands laptops I owned previously and really disappointed. Not sure yet if the problem with Lenovo or Intel

Posted .The Lenovo Yoga 7i 15 model number 82BJ0001US, ships with the latest Intel WiFi-6, Wide Range/High Speed 802.11ax frequency WiFi (Wireless,CMB,IN,AX201 NV NO Wireless LAN adapter, Lenovo Part Number - 5W10V25775). Since you mention that the WiFi issue developed over time, first, check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 on the computer, there have been some recent Windows 10 updates available recently. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 10. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Premium Care at: 888-278-9707 for additional help.

New laptop has problems

The problem I encountered is that freezes often, turns itself off and once the fan made a loud noise. Lenovo has a one year warranty (my laptop is a month old). They paid to have the laptop returned to them and are currently working on it. Fingers crossed that it will work perfectly

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your lenovo Yoga 7i-15, model number 82BJ0001US. This system ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System and it should not freeze or crash on its own. When you get your Yoga 7i-15 back from repair, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Personally it’s been a rough start with My Lenovo yoga but the only other device I have used constantly in the past is iPhones. There’s a bit of a learning curve and when I be gotten stuck and frustrated either Best Buy our Lenovo Ext. there’s been help!

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
Off-center track pad is off-putting.

This model has a full keyboard, with a number pad, but the track pad is off-center. For word-processing, I prefer the track pad to the mouse. I find it less fatiguing for my arm. If it weren’t such a pain to set up a new computer, I would have returned this. Next time I will insist on trying a model before purchasing. For someone who is a mouse user who also doesn’t use the keyboard very often, this computer may be fine. I find the cursor is not where I expect it in a Word document, requiring multiple corrections. This model is also pretty heavy for a laptop. It has a quick start-up, though.

I love how big it is & the touch screen is a good feature. However, I’ve recently found a product error. The front camera doesn’t work. It’s a little displaced to the side and so when you open the webcam it’s just black. As a college student this is an inconvenience, since everything is online these days. I haven’t had time to look into getting it fixed.

This model ships with a 720p (HD) webcam with manual Privacy Shutter built in. Please ensure that the factory sticker that is on the webcam is removed prior to usage, this sticker is imperative in protecting the camera during shipment. Next, be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is ready to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed.

The very next day Im browsing Best Buy online and see that they have marked it down by $200. I kindly went back and they credited my account. Second, I didnt even open the box for 2 weeks. When I finally decided to open it and set it up there's this huge vertical line running down the screen. Mind you I JUST turned the computer for the first time. I check the receipt and I have a 14 day return policy, get what tomorrow is?...the 14th day! I will taking it back and will probably choose another brand. How this computer got such great reviews is beyond me. See pics below.

Resetting this computer back to original factory settings may correct the screen issue you are having. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707.

Currently, without warning, the laptop now will not display any information to an external monitor via the USB-C port. I checked with Lenovo, and it says the warranty started in September 2021!! Meaning, the warranty is "expired" only 7 months after purchase.

Its sleek, not too large, and i have yet to have it crash or anything like that. Its fast also. I think the Yoga product line of Lenovo is probably better than their other models.

It's lightweight, but has a large screen. The keys are smooth and the overall appearance is sleek. The flip screen is perfect for my kids when they are on their educational games/apps. Best laptop I've ever used. The battery lasts a very long time and gives me plenty of warning to plug in so that I don't lose any progress. The price was right on this one!
