Thank you for taking the time to make sure the data transfer from my old computer to the new worked and that I knew how to use the new computer. Paying a yearly subscription is totally worth it to me to make using my computer more fun and less frustrating.

Easy to use, light weight and touch screen. l are all great features. It is a little big for me as I wanted a smaller laptop. However, the price I paid and the specs I got it was well worth buying a little big.
