The only issue that I can see as of now is the area that you use for a mouse or your finger is consistently freezing and the pointer on the screen will not move so I have to use the touchscreen option that this laptop provides.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

It fits its purpose and is very nice to carry around as well. The flip function makes it even better and has its uses as well. I bought this for college so I’m hoping it keeps on doing its job well.

Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty. The repair process was smooth—Lenovo’s customer service was helpful, and they guided me through every step. I shipped it out, and it was repaired and returned quickly. The warranty definitely saved me from an expensive repair bill. My only complaint is that I wish the warranty process allowed for in-store fixes instead of shipping it out, but overall, it’s a great investment to protect such a versatile device. If you wanted a laptop to do worky laptop things, look no further, this one does. Did you want to open that internet window? Boom, open. Did you want to open Excel? Boom open. Good for entertainment and school work. Not for gaming. Display quality is good but could use some more brightness. Update the windows once you get this otherwise you will feel like it's lagging.

Great system and helps me with graphics!! Love it!! My ex husband is a software engineer and he gave it thumbs up before me purchasing!! He built our first home computer back in 2002!!!

It boots up fast, looks good, and is easy to set up. It's really not for gaming. But for someone who needs functionality on the go it's a solid pick at a reasonable price point.
