    Seemed to be plagued with issues. Ran slower than it should have for the processor and memory it had and it couldn’t connect to my printer. Ended up returning it.

    I do like how the light it is. ( kinda plasticy feel) but it does not over heat. Also it does have copilot capability which I am not sure what it is except the key button. It is fast a reboot than previous. After using it, I started to see some slowness, especially with the browsers. Not sure what it is but seen some drop in performance with it. I got it on sale so for the price, I think it is ok.

Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      Also, does this slow down only significant with web browsers? We also recommend ensuring that your home internet supports high network performance, as if this is prevalent with web-based tasks, this could be the cause of the problem.

    Bought this for my college aged daughter. Brand new machine died during the setup process. She took it to BB to help fix what looked like a bricked machine, but BB woud not help without collecting $200 geek squad payment. Very disappointed in BB post-sales support. Over the many years, I've set up at least a couple of Windows machines and never experienced the problems that my daughter experienced with this machine. Thankfully, she was able to get help with her campus IT support to fix these issues and the machine is now usable. Very disappointed with BB post sales and the very fact that this product failed during setup.
