Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Lenovo Yoga 920-14 4K model. Be sure your operating software, including the BIOS and Drivers are up to date. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Not the best Lenovo

Maybe, I got a defective product, but my usb drives did not work on the laptop. It took three times sending this product to now get some usb drives to work. The rest of the product is perfect but the fact that it cannot use usb is a problem because I do presentations at different places and when I save something on the usb drive of the laptop, it is corrupted when I go use it in other computer and vice versa. I also hate the fact that the laptop does not have a sd card reader. I recommend buying another yoga version, this one, for the price is too much hassle.

The screen looks great, but could really use to be a little brighter. Windows ink worked very well, but I've had slightly better performance with tracking on surface products.

It already had all the hardware i needed inside, but what a delight to have a light weight, yet powerful computer. I love the speed og the Intel I7 processor and the 16 GB of ram is just what I needed, to get some of my complex work done for my doctorate

Powerful machine

The things I don't like...aspect ratio when using it with Company Virtual Desktop (company issue). also the laptop having an all metal chassis makes it cold to the touch in the winter if you keep it in your trunk as I do.

Apple computers are no where at the level a Yoga is!! If you want the Cadillac or Rolls Royce of Laptop computers, buy a Lenovo Yoga.. It is presently running my brokerage business..

Early on, it occasionally flashes and crashes when I'm trying to do some things. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong. Without that, it'd be a five-star rating.

Posted .This system obviously should not crash. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If there are no conflicting programs installed, or if you have restored to factory settings, now you can check your system for needed updates by using the Lenovo Utility software installed. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. This is a good 2-1 laptop but too expensive.

I could not access my files, I had to feverishly look online for a solution using mine cellphone. Besides the issue mentioned, the laptop is pretty good.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 920-14. With regard to logging in to your Yoga 920-14 with the fingerprint reader not functioning. When Windows Hello took you through the setup of your fingerprint login, as a backup you were instructed to setup a PIN. You should be able to login without the fingerprint scan by using that PIN you setup. My Lenova laptop computer

I have a piece of the computer that has come unglued and I want to exchange it for a new one within the return time. I have made 2 trips to the store and was told that I would have to pay again to transfer my data, which I just paid 2 months ago for this computer. Also, after 2 months on my new computer , my photos have been changed without my knowing. They are on the computer, but in total disarray; where as they were organized according to month and year. I don't know what changed it, but the Geek Squad agent could not put it back like it was. Not too happy at this time, but hopefully the problems will be resolved. Otherwise, I like it.

Sound is above average, only thing that I don't totally love is the keyboard. Typing is a bit difficult. Be careful buying from the dude with the big beard in the Windows area. No idea what he was doing when I went in and mislead me regarding the credit card.

As a accountant I know how to use a calculator on the quick side. Giving up this feature for everything I described above is worth it. I added an external unit, for when I need to type lots of numbers. It serves all of my needs!!!
