Great for surfing and other light duty

There is so little I/O that I never dreamed that someone could sell a computer with NO SD CARD reader and ONLY ONE USB PORT??? OK, I get it that it has no optical drive, I bought an external drive work-around. However, as a photographer I need external hard drives and SD card readers. I HAVE NOT FOUND A USB HUB ATTACHED TO THIS MACHINE THAT WORKS WITH AN EXTERNAL HDD. So if I need to transfer something, I need to disconnect anything that is plugged into the USB slot, make the transfer and then plug the original item back in. The BB sales kid recommended it for photographers because of the graphics and processing speed. But all that speed is negated with the user unfriendliness of the rest of the machine. This would be good for watching Netflix, but it way too expensive for such a limited use. The fact that you can spin it around like a tablet is of no value to me.

Posted .The Lenovo Yoga 920-14 has one standard USB 3.0 port and two Thunderbolt ports. If more standard USB ports are needed, we recommend you consider a USB Hub or a Thunderbolt based port replicator. Cloud-based storage like Dropbox can also be an alternative to external drives.
