Had very very bad experience buying this product!! I bought this product from Best Buy for over $ 1300, and just after 2 months from buying it started giving me the sound problems( external speakers stopped working at all). Even after 2 repair services, changing speakers and motherboard 2 times they couldn’t find the real solution as the problem comes back again!!! I got my Labtop back just yesterday and today I’m facing the same problem, it has been a total waste right from the start I bought it for over $ 1300 , I would have got other 3 laptops within that price also I had to spent so much more going to library and doing my works for the past 2 months and almost spent more than $250 in traveling to Best Buy for handling them the product for repair, my product was with them for the past 2 months and got it back yesterday and today I’m experiencing the same old problem( No sound at all) !! . I’m so done with this product ,I need a refund from Lenovo or Best Buy. I would never recommend this product to anyone, please go buy something else, just go to the forum and check yourself that so many peoples have the same sound problem with this Lenovo 920 laptop and they still couldn’t find the real solution to this!! At first I was so excited buying this product, had so much expectation, never really thought it would end up like this, I would never ever buy any Lenovo product in my entire life again!!! Highly disappointed!!

This is an excellent laptop in most ways, it has a superb screen and an fine keyboard. The form factor and build quality are excellent. the performance is first rate. The weakness, if it is one, is the battery life, which on the 4K model looks to be in the area of 3 1/2 hours, maybe 4 1/2 hours, with light to moderate use. I called Lenovo and they confirmed this. Lenovo's technical support stated that they felt that I could expect 3 to 4 hours of run time with moderate to light use, and that the rated battery life of 10.8 hours was at idle with the machine doing no work. I confirmed this with a second person at Lenovo. This is not surprising given the screen and the form factor of the machine, but it is important to know when buying the machine. That said, I can recommend this machine if you do not depend upon extensive battery life as part of your prerequisites for a laptop. I think that apart from a somewhat short battery life this is a near-perfect machine.

Lovely machine in so many ways, too bad Lenovo support is soooo bad. Windows updater wouldn't work, problem was documented widely on the web but no fixes that worked. My Yoga was less than 1 day out of the box, but Lenovo still wanted to charge me for tech support! Try to buy from another manufacturer if at all possible.

From first time I turned it on it froze repeatedly, would not connect to Wi-Fi, very slow and I had their fastest spec machine. Just an overall bad experience.

Hi friends, I bought this laptop, for my niece, after 6 months suddenly it stop working, I can't even turn on this laptop :) I talked to Lenovo and later they changed the motherboard. Very disappointed. So with this price you get very nice laptop. I have accer Nitro which is heavy but this one is much better then Lenovo.

A finicky computer, the drivers seem to have perpetual issues with every Windows 10 update

Great looking and operationally good, but died in 18 months. Totally inoperable. Warranty finished at 12 months and probably better to buy new than repair. Have had much better luck with the Surface Pros. Checking with Geek Squad on repair and cost if possible on this one. Stay tuned....
