The USB type C increased external drive access so much it was hard to believe. The internal sound system is clear and nice and loud. When the dual fans kick in it sounds like a soft sea breeze. The wi-fi antenna picks up signal much better than my other computers. Beautiful color. Would have liked another USB port

Nice laptop for a teacher and college student

After a month, this laptop is still running super fast and I have been able to do a lot of work on it in preparing for entrance exams and while designing lesson plans. It has a good battery life and it runs smoothly. The only thing that worries me is that it gets very warm when it is charging and it a little loud when you initially plug it in.

This is a high performance system with its Quad-Core/Eight-Thread Intel Core i7-8550U processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal. At initial startup the fan often runs at a higher rate during the boot up process.

The sound and resolution are very good and I really like the keyboard, weight, and the resolution. I only wish the screen was a bit larger. While I rarely use the tablet position, it works very well and feels fine in my hands. This is an excellent choice for home and work. I suspect you will like it as much as I have.

I decided to purchase this new one for myself and I left the older model to my wife which had taken it over anyways. I am very satisfied with this 920! It is very fast and the display is so sharp!! The touchscreen response is much better than my old version too. I love it!! Go Lenovo!!!

Great laptop for school
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the original laptop I got my son literally went up in flames while in school, I contacted Bestbuy regarding the issue and they agreed to let me exchange it for this Lenovo. While it didnt have the RAM or the HD of the previous laptop, we ended up getting this one and even a little money back. So far, this laptop has been running great and no reported issues at all.

I really could not be any happier with the performance as well as the aesthetics of the laptop. The fingerprint password technology is great since I use my computer at work. The graphics are fantastic in the speed is very good for what I use it for. It comes with a great stylist pen that can be used as well. I would recommend this laptop
