    ULTRA PREMIUM!

If you are looking for an ULTRA PREMIUM laptop then this will please even the pickiest of enthusiasts. The screen is the best I've ever seen, even better than the Samsung QLED laptop display, the keyboard is excellent if you don't mind not so long key travel and it has a very positive click, the sound is AMAZING and easily the best sounding Windows laptop I have ever heard, I was stunned by the full sound, the trackpad works perfectly and the laptop is VERY fast even in battery saver mode. Oh yeah, the leather on top is gorgeous! I AM IMPRESSED!! The only nitpick I have of this laptop is the edges of the trackpad is a very thin groove cut into the glass that I can barely feel so it's easy to go over the edge of the trackpad, I have put carbon fiber decals on both sides of the trackpad on the wrist rests and now I can easily feel the edges and it looks AWESOME :D Takes care of them nasty finger smudges too.

Display cuts off/laggy while video streaming

    Posted .

This is a great 2 in 1 laptop. Beautiful design and compared to its last generation (C940) it is slightly faster, but I had a problem after installing windows updates. The display is laggy whenever I am streaming a video from YouTube or Netflix (see attached pics). I talked to customer service and technical support and they sent me a replacement unit. It was streaming very well at first, but the same thing happened after updating the windows/drivers. I believe there is a problem with graphics update that causes the problem, but I am not sure. Lenovo needs to do something about this. It's really frustrating to pay this much for a machine that can't stream an HD/4k video properly.

Awesome and compact 2-in-1, with a lot of caveats

    |
    Posted .
Owned for 4 months when reviewed.

This is my first 2-in-1, and I can say it's just... OK. I got this device back in November of 2020, and I've held off writing a review so I could get a good feel of its quirks. The one thing stopping it from being great is the all glass trackpad. And yes, it's maddening enough to drop 2 stars from it, but there are more reasons for the rating you see above. Read on… First off I will say that the build quality is fantastic. The 4k screen is superb. The Dolby Atmos soundbar sounds great. The included stylus is serviceable. The storage capacity is mediocre, but this can be rectified. Battery life is decent. This particular model, though–the one with the leather cover and all glass palm area–the trackpad and fingerprint reader are atrocious. Since I have a background as a graphic designer, I came from a retina Macbook Pro… from 2012. So my expectations might be a little high, but not unrealistic. This also means that my day-to-day requires great precision when I'm on-the-go (you know, stuff you'd use a laptop instead of a desktop for). I was drawn by the touchscreen and portability. With a stylus I'd have the ability to draw directly onto the screen without an external tablet. And I don't mean something like an iPad. I mean those Wacom drawing tablets. But for some reason, the market for this type of device doesn't target people like me. This is one of the most powerful devices I could get in the current market with these hardware features. It is powerful enough to run something like Photoshop and Premiere. But maybe just barely. Be glad you've gotten this model instead of last year's C940, though – the more powerful Intel Iris Xe is probably what makes these demanding tasks bearable. As I mentioned earlier, the storage capacity can be rectified. The very first thing I did was crack this thing open and install a 2TB SSD. I can't say I saw a speed improvement despite installing a Samsung EVO variant, but NVMe SSDs tend to be quick in the first place so no surprise there. The limit of 16GB RAM is a huge issue. There have been times that the device has run out of memory (the proper term for RAM and not storage), so I was unable to save my work. I guess no swap file on earth could be big enough to help me there. The stylus doesn't last long for what I wanted it for. I didn't realize that it'd be an active stylus only, so once the tiny battery in it dies, it has to go back into its cradle. It's perfect if all you want to do is jot notes. The response is great, and while I haven't used it much, I believe it does have tilt support. It does have sensitivity, and even on this 4k screen it's pretty responsive. But instead I've opted for a Wacom Bamboo Plus stylus. It's full-sizsed and works great. Now if only I could figure out how to shut off the pen so the battery lasts more than a few days (but that's a different review altogether). The battery life is pretty close to claimed. I've gotten through MOST of a day, with Photoshop running and eating up a majority of that 16GB RAM, fans blazing, without having to plug in. It's those last couple of hours where it can get hairy. But no worry, USB-C Power Delivery (quick charge in human terms) can top things off pretty quickly. This device also has a nice feature to hold the battery level at 60% while plugged in to prolong the life of the battery. Perfect if you're in docked mode all the time. If you know you're going to be portable for a while, untick this option and go all the way to 100%. USB-C charging was another huge factor in my choosing this device. I have tons of devices that use USB-C, despite coming from an Apple laptop. I'm not what you would call an Apple fanboy. All of my phones have had USB-C charging since 2015, and now add the Switch, headphones, etc and I'm finally in charger nirvana. I haven't once used the included charger because it's bulky. Instead I have a nice compact power brick that is powerful enough to keep this thing topped off. One charging cable, multiple devices – fantastic. Ok, so the glass palm rest. What is my beef, you ask? Well, it does look sleek and premium. It's reserved for only the top-end model. The trackpad and fingerprint reader are integrated into a clean package, but the accuracy is really bad. Stuff like dragging files across windows, selecting text, or basically any movement that needs 2 fingers or more is a frustrating experience. I thought firmware updates would fix this, but we're not there yet. I have to pray that my files don't jump into some random folder when I release one finger. The software gets confused which finger is the click and which one is the drag, so once you let go with your drag finger the cursor jumps to some random spot 80% of the time. Thank goodness the file Explorer has an undo feature because there are times when I don't know which folder my files were dropped into. LENOVO IF YOU'RE READING THIS, PLEASE MAKE THE TRACKPAD IMPROVEMENT A PRIORITY FOR YOUR NEXT FIRMWARE UPDATE (hopefully there is a next firmware update). Luckily, you can use an external mouse to avoid this issue... if you have the space for it (or maybe use the responsive touchscreen too). The fingerprint reader is also hit or miss. It's supposed to be ultrasonic so it even works if your fingers are wet, supposedly. In practice I have a success rate of about 40%, and that might be a generous estimate. It's kinda slow too. Maybe I'm spoiled by the awesome fingerprint reader I've had on my phones, which actually improve over time and usage–fast, accurate, and something you don't even have to think about. Another big gripe that I had with this device is that for the better part of 3 months my external monitors stopped working. I use a USB-C hub to connect peripherals and external monitors. One day a Windows update (possibly included a firmware update) caused the monitors to stop working. I tried reverting to any firmware I could find on Lenovo's site with no luck. I even resorted to a "clean" install of Windows – still no dice. Finally, when I'd almost given up, around the middle of March a firmware update from Lenovo was finally released to fix the issue. Ok fine, we're good there. The keyboard is decent and has a nice feel to it. Not sure if it's my typing style, but sometimes it will miss a stroke or two. I don't think you'll have a problem with this if you're a super heavy typer. So if you've made it this far, thanks for going on this journey with me. I accept that there is no such thing as a perfect device. And with all its flaws, I will continue to use this Yoga 9i. It works, it's pretty quiet and compact. I just wish it could pack a little more power and have a decent trackpad *ahem*like current Mackbooks*ahem* to be an ideal device. Hopefully you're now armed with all the information you need to make an informed choice. Go forth and good luck!

The Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14 model number 82BG0001US, ships with a Buttonless, one piece, glass surface multi-touch touchpad, which supports Precision TouchPad (PTP). You can manually adjust the touchpad to your personal preferences within Windows 10 Settings and you can always integrate the 10-point touchscreen and the touchpad for great user interface choices. The Yoga 9i-14 also has an integrated Touch Style (Ultrasonic) fingerprint scanner that uses sound waves rather than actual contact with the finger, to read a fingerprint. The added sensitivity of the ultrasonic reader reduces the failure rate of the fingerprint reader. The onboard, rechargeable active pen will provide approximately 1 hour of use per charge. Put it back in its onboard charging garage for 15-minutes for a 80-Percent charge. The Yoga 9i-14 supports up to 3 independent displays via native display and 2 external monitors; supports external monitors via Thunderbolt 4.0 (up to 5120x3200@60Hz). Be sure to use a USB-c cable that is Thunderbolt 3.0 or better rated. You can easily check for Operating System updates, BIOS files and drivers updates by scanning the computer regularly. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Lenovo

Everything is good, very nice screen, good speakers, very nice touchpad, good cpu and RAM--except poor wifi connection. I cannot use a laptop with wifi disconnection from time to time. So I returned it. I am not sure it is just my item or this is a fundamental problem for all machines.

I was a bit concerned at first with this computer as it it was difficult to get used to the keyboard and and touchpad. Also it has taken me awhile to get used to Windows 11 and learning to use it. Having said that, I am finally starting to get used to Windows 11 and am getting used to the touchpad (I am not having as much trouble with it as others seem to) and keyboard. The computer is very fast, the screen is beautiful and the sound is excellent. It is still new so my experience is limited, but considering the 4k screen, the batter life seems pretty good. Plus the laptop is beautiful with the leather cover and glass wrist pad. In general, I am becoming very happy as time passes with this 2-in-1. BUT, the fingerprint reader, as other's have said, is really bad.

Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14. Regarding the functioning of the Touch Style Ultrasonic fingerprint reader on palm rest, with match-on-host security, here's a tip for making your fingerprint reader work every time: Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. Lenovo

I bought this yesterday evening from my local Best Buy - and I was up & running with all my work stuff (heavy business usage) within a couple of hours of powering this beauty ON. Bought this specific laptop because of the 4k screen resolution (great for photography/ video), excellent processing power, incredible look and feel and the best price at Best Buy. Few specifics - Personally I'm liking the look of the Shadow Black lot more than the typical Silver/ Grey Outstanding screen, pleasing to eye for long working hours Love the seamless touchpad and fingerprint scanner design - the touchpad glides well, and the ultrasonic scanner is fast and accurate (need to press the finger fully on the scanner) Great keyboard feel Excellent camera for web meetings Superb sound quality, good built in mic Light weight, but feels sturdy enough Useful ports Overall this is a workhorse laptop at a reasonable price and absolute beauty!

Other than poor battery life as touch screen 4k monitor general, purpose light weight computer it works well. It suffers from the 16 x 9 format display , 16 x 10 would be far more comfortable to use . In tablet mode which was important to me it is not proving to be of much use . The 16 x9 ratio screen is proving far less suitable than expected . A 4 x 3 ratio screen would correct this . At least one more USB 3.0 port would be desirable if you intend to sometimes use a mouse . While not anticipated when I purchased this computer the lack of a wired Ethernet connector is a minor nuisance . I needed a very lightweight computer for use while lying on my back while recovering from health issues . it is very well suited for this . Keyboard is better than expected , The touchpad has a steep learning curve , seems to have difficultly with a least one specialty program I use While not cheap at the promotional price it is a good value . It is elegantly styled and I love the display

Not entirely convinced by the new trackpad

This was purchase to replace a Yoga 900. Like the 900, this had some teething problems connecting to docking stations. It worked fully with one, a Dell, but it only partially worked with the one we purchased with it, a j5create. Both were annoying in that they connect through the power lead, but it is so short, especially the j5create. We aren't wild about the trackpad. It's supposed be an upgrade on previous ones, but it is hard to see or feel the edges of it, and it is difficult to do a right-click sometimes. The fingerprint reader works for me, but not my wife. It came with Windows 10, and we had to force it to upgrade to Windows 11, which we regret installing a little bit.

The display is absolutely fantastic. The specs are top of the line. The leather is very unique and classy looking. Sound is magnificent. You won't find better speakers on a laptop. Battery life is above average. Keep in mind that you won't get fantastic battery life because of the 4k screen but you can certainly get 5-7 hours on it depending on what you are doing. I have to knock a star off because it does tend to get a bit too hot for my liking.

This Intel Evo-Certified, lenovo Yoga 9i 14 model number 82BG0001US, ships with a Integrated 60Wh, lithium-Polymer Battery, which, within this model configuration has a battery life of up to 10 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. Under heavy workloads and/or while charging, this Yoga 9i 14 will feel warm to the touch, this is normal. You can use Lenovo Q-Control to manually control fan and system performance: ( Fn + Q ) option to change the fan by undervolting the processor. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

    Lenovo Yoga Power Supply

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.

Excellent laptop and great curbside service pickup for my online order. One minor annoying issue was the power cord and supply unit stopped working after 2 weeks. I contacted On line support and they said I had to go into the store to replace the power cord and unit. When I went in store they couldn’t replace the unit without returning the laptop also, which I refused to do. This was very frustrating. The store manager gave me a 65W generic power supply free of charge so I didn’t have to return the full laptop and power cord! Well done Bestbuy team!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues charging your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14, model number 82BG0001US. Be sure you are using the correct charging port on the left side of the computer. There are two Thunderbolt 4.0 ports but only one can be used to charge this computer. It is the one closest to the USB port on the left side and there is a small white LED power indicator light near the port that will light up when the computer is plugged in properly with the charger. If you are using the correct charging port but your are still getting a message of "Plugged In Not Charging", unplug the computer and let the battery charge level drop below 50-Percent. Now plug the computer back in to the proper charging port and the computer will begin to charge back up to a full 100-Percent. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

BEST SPEAKERS, BUT BUY MICA VERSION INSTEAD

    |
    Posted .
Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.

Positives - * SPEAKERS - Best of any laptop out there. Tried all laptops on display, and nothing even came close. AMAZING. * HANDREST - I loved the feel of it. Sad to let it go (see below). * SCREEN RESOLUTION - 4K produces rich colors, brightness, and sharp images. * PROCESSING SPEED - I've had other Yogas and recently had a Dell. It is a fast bootup and no lags. Negatives - * HAPTIC FEEDBACK TOUCHPAD - WAY too sensitive even with settings adjusted and all drivers uploaded (as always recommended on the feedback threads). You are constantly accidentally clicking or selecting text. * FINGERPRINT SENSOR - Very difficult to find, and once you find it, it takes a few tries to get it right. * BATTERY LIFE - Even when set to a lower setting, the battery life is still a low 5 hours. * BACKLIT KEYBOARD - You can never set it to ON as a default. You have to turn it on every time. * PHYSICAL SLIDING CAMERA BLOCKER - This was a great addition. I'm glad they're making it standard on many laptops. The challenge with this one is that it is so subtle that it is hard to find. The indicator that the camera is blocked (a red dot) is counterintuitive and not like other blockers, which use a red dot to mean that your camera is on. The haptic feedback and the battery life were so challenging that I sacrificed the 4k and traded it in for the lower resolution Mica (silver) version. Just as fast. I can't really tell the difference in resolution. I also still get that incredible speaker. CONCLUSION - Don't buy this version. The black leather exterior wasn't a deal breaker for me. It just didn't wow me. The haptic feedback touchpad, the fingerprint issues, and the battery life were all too much. Purchase the Mica version instead. You don't get the 4k, but you get an amazing portable laptop.

    Very Nice 2-in-1

All in all this is a very nice laptop. The screen looks great and the touchscreen works smoothly. I wish the keyboard had more tactile action but it is OK. The trackpad works well but needs a way for you to feel with your fingers whether you are on it or not. It is easy to get off to the side because there is no way to feel where the trackpad ends. If you have very dry skin like I do in the winter don't expect the fingerprint reader to work. It couldn't even tell I was putting a finger on it. Thinking the unit was defective I took it back to Best Buy and showed the Geek Squad guy. He tried the fingerprint reader and it worked for him! I tried again with no luck. Then I thought about that oil on my nose (yuck). I rubbed my finger on the side of my nose and what do you know, the fingerprint reader started to work. So, the fingerprint reader works, just not for me. No big deal, I'll keep typing in my PIN. Lenovo really should use a better fingerprint reader.

Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, lenovo Yoga 9i 14, model number 82BG0001US. This configuration ships with a Touch Style Ultrasonic fingerprint reader on palm rest, with match-on-host security. Because the fingerprint reader uses sound waves to read your fingerprint, there is no need to wet your finger for better accuracy. Here's a tip for making your fingerprint reader work every time: Try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader area. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. Lenovo

Loved the sleek design & functionality. I was able to run two major design programs seamlessly and enjoyed the tablet feature while illustrating. Two months & a few days later, the device completely stopped charging in either port. I was still within the extended holiday return window and was able to get an exchange for a brand new one, thankfully. I lost some work that was saved on my local device, but thankfully had backed up the majority of my files to an external drive. Proceed with caution, back up your work, and get yourself the Geek Squad protection if you can. The computer itself is great but initially lasted less than 3 months. Hoping this second one isn’t a dud too.

Good product. Many iterations of the 9i. I purchased the shadow black, 512 ssd, 16 Kevin Greene ram, intel core i7 1185g7, uhd 4k 14" display. Open box satisfactory; lucked out, very good condition@Tustin, CA Best Buy. Have had it for 9 days. Everything ok so far(as I knock on the granite countertop and cross my fingers and toes). There is one BUT however: the fingerprint reader on the shadow black units are ultrasonic, mine is very finicky. Don't know if they are all like this or maybe just mine(could be why it was open box returned; the previous owner may have become frustrated and returned it). Everything else works like a champ. Will give an update in the near future. The good: up to date with two usb C thunderbolt 4 ports, and one usb A port that is gen 3.2. These are the latest versions of the usb C and A. Many vendors only offering usb C non thunderbolt 3 or 4, and usb A 3.0; so, caveat emptor when comparison shopping. I'm too tired to write any more...

    Just Bought My Second 9i

This is my second Yoga 9i. I love this machine. I am writing this review on my first 9i and for Christmas, I bought my wife the same 9i, (saving $700 off of what I paid for mine) to replace her Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 2. The pros of this computer are the internal components, the IBM keyboard, two thunderbolt ports and the 4K touch screen. It is very difficult to find another laptop with these components. I did find an HP Envy and HP Septor that came close, but both were 13.3 or 15.6 screens. The 14" screen was the size I was looking for. You either love or hate the glass palm rest and the haptic feedback on the touchpad. My wife and I have had no issue with it. I have now owned my 9i for a year and have no issues. I upgraded my wife's 9i to windows 11 and it is running great. If you can live with the 512GB SSD (wish it was 1TB) then this is a great computer.

    Could Be Better

Honestly, I really enjoyed this laptop, but the factor that killed it for me was the trackpad, as mentioned by other reviewers. The trackpad gets stuck or misclicks on something, which makes it difficult to use on the go. I'm a graduate student who often takes my laptop everywhere, and the touchpad was a nightmare to deal with when I was in the library or studying with friends. It would click on something else as I was typing up a paper, or make it impossible to drag and highlight a bunch of things at once on a PowerPoint. It also delayed me if I was taking notes during a live lecture since it misclicked. Additionally, the glossy finish of the laptop left my fingerprints all over the keyboard and touchpad, which looked dirty and messy on the computer. Obviously, this is all fixable if I use an external mouse...But why should I use it to compensate for something faulty over a laptop worth over $1200? It also would be an extra (albeit small) thing to carry on the go. Overall, the laptop was fine despite the large issue of the touchpad...The speakers on this laptop are by far the best I've heard and seen, and the 4K screen is crisp and bright. Laptop runs fast and battery life was decent. However, after one day of using the laptop, I had to exchange it for the Spectre since it went on sale the next day for almost the same price. If Lenovo modified the touchpad, I would have kept the laptop, because everything else was great. It's just not reasonable for me to keep it if it's a nightmare to use on the go.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the buttonless glass surface multi-touch touchpad, which supports Precision TouchPad (PTP). You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If the touchpad issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

I am so pleased with this device. I purchased this for law school, because I had difficulty with my Surface Pro 7's smaller screen. This laptop is gorgeous and looks like it belongs on a future lawyers desk, or any professionals desk. It's not overly flashy, it just looks very sophisticated. One area where reviewers seemed to complain the most was with the trackpad, I don't have any of those problems. I found it tracked well and had no problem moving windows around with two fingers. I will say it is a bit different of a feeling than normal trackpad, but I really like it. Also because its flush reviewers were mentioning that it was difficult to know the bounds of the pad, but there is a thin outline of where the trackpad is, and it has a different texture so you can feel if you go outside of it. Maybe I just have sensitive finger tips but I didn't notice that. The pen is also a nice inclusion, but don't expect this to be a pen you'll use for an extended period of time, its just for a quick note jot or highlight of a document. If you need something more full featured I believe the Active Pen 2 works with this model from what I heard on Reddit. The display is gorgeous. But I had to disable the Intel display settings because it causes an annoying flicker, but I have this problem on all of my PC's so its usually the first change I make. I would have preferred a 16:10 or something because there is a noticeable chin at the bottom that I believe they could have removed at this pricepoint. It just makes it seem less modern than the XPS or spectre line its competing with. It's also nice how quite this runs. I can hear my partners macbook in the other room but I can be in bed when they are sleeping with this and the fan is hush. The battery life really depends on what you are doing. I can usually work most of the day on it if im just taking notes or reading documents, etc. but obviously if you push it, its not going to last that long. I would say I average anywhere from 6-10 hours depending on the tasks, but that is also with chrome running and usually dozens and dozens of tabs so I imagine that would probably give me a boost if I stopped doing that. The keyboard feels great. Nice premium bounce, although it does show fingerprints and smudges so keep that in mind. The speakers are also really nice. Not very bassy but they atleast have good enough sound for a laptop. Also, I really like that they follow when you flip the display over. I have had many two in ones and never realized how much this would change tablet mode for media consumption. The fingerpring scanner is great too. one review on youtube said they couldn't get it to recognize their finger all the time, but I haven't had that problem. I guess just try to redo it in the windows hello settings if that happens. Overall I am really happy with this device. It looks sleek and different, It feels great to use, and if you can catch on a deal like I did its great. When lenovo put the introduction to this a while back I knew I wanted it and just kept waiting to see if best buy would offer a deal.

A great design for my needs. Slim & light weight. Multi-position screen with touch interaction. Touchpad not as difficult to use as some have said; simply look at where the pad is (about same horizontal fit as the space bar). Mine works great (double-click needs some getting used to). Could use at least one more USB-C port. Used Lenovo Vantage to update drivers & such; worked much better than expected. Wireless works, but should be a bit better. Love the 14” display.
