Really only issue is poor battery life. Full charge shows about 6 hours of battery time. If you use the battery save feature, you get about 4 hours of battery life per charge at an 85% charge. But it is a step up from a new Dell AND Asus lpatops that I tried and returned. Best Buy does have this laptop listed as "high end." Not really.... 16gb ram and 512 SSD. I'm ok with that... But not close to high end laptop. Lenovo support is a joke... minor issue with Lenovo update program and Lenovo fix? Wanted me to re-image laptop. Plus 2 days to get that poor response. I fixed it myself.

I purchased this as a work laptop, and much of my workday is spent looking at documents and spreadsheets. The OLED screen produces beautiful images, but the touch overlay creates a hatched appearance when there’s a white background. It looks like staring at a document through a screen door. This is a product I had to return because of the document clarity issue.
