Its a nice laptop, with a crisp screen and easy to use.

I purchased this computer open box, as the last available within a 250 mile radius from me. For the first two weeks everything was completely operational (during the return period) at day 17, the computer began freezing to the point where it is unusable. It gets to a point where it can’t even be unlocked, the computer freezes as it’s rebooting. Right before it freezes it makes an obnoxious buzzing sound. Not to mention the screen has burn-in. If I had to guess, this computer was a store model and was sold open-box (to me) when it was no longer needed. I contacted best buy to see what could be done as the laptop is completely inoperative. They said nothing can be done since it is past the return window. Now I have a nice laptop for a paper weight that I can’t sell and can’t use.

The OLED display is truly breathtaking. Plus, its 360° flip-and-fold design is incredibly convenient, and the pen works flawlessly. It's so lightweight that you can effortlessly hold it with just two fingers. The only thing I wish for is a wider range of color options!

Garbage! I've only been frustrated with this device and wish I listened to everyone who told me to buy a Mac. It constantly crashes, gets slow and choppy, and the keyboard acts like it has sticky keys even when you've updated everything, restarted the computer, and even after deleting the keyboard drivers. Avoid this product like the plague it is.

Nice product with good configuration, Should be best if it has 1 tb SSD

Pretty laggy considering that it has the newest processor and the screen is textured (apparently its a thing with some touch screen oleds)

Openbox buy. Crisp display and sleek keyboard. Very thin and elegant looking. Battery is worse, lasted 1.5 hours on full charge with all battery savings turned on

I'll save you the trouble by telling you to NOT buy this product. I've had it for a couple of months now and the laptop is really laggy and constantly overheats. This laptop is slower than my old 2017 laptop. Pretty sure I get about 1-2 hours of battery life and the touchpad does not feel good to use. I should've returned it within the window frame but I was deluding myself into liking it since I wanted to move away from Apple products. There's a reason why there's such a huge discount on it. Do Not Buy It.

The fan never stops running even though I manually throttle the performance. Lenovo does not provide any options to adjust it. Don't buy it

OK now I understand the dangers of OPEN box items. It is very hit and miss, my laptop arrived with a broken fan, so i didnt even get as far as signing on. Plus there was no pen nor laptop cover bag, which comes with a new computer. I was very surprised Best Buy would sell a faulty computer.. Im not talking about 2nd hand, Im talking about one which doesnt work. Even if issues are fixed, i still dont think the price difference is worth risking an OPEN boxed Item.
