Colors are very vivid and screen picture with the oled screen look fantastic. The bad on this is the battery life is very poor. Lasts less than 4 hours.

I had bought this laptop online and I brought it back to do a return/exchange to get an extra year for bring a Best Buy total member because I purchased the laptop before my membership. When I started the process the customer service rep said it would take a half hour for the process to go back into the system so I could repurchase the laptop, it ended up taking 5 hours and I had to leave and come back later. I live 2 hours away so I had to wait around until this was done. I am completely dissatisfied with my best buy experience so far. This wasn’t the first discrepancy I had. I also have one with the call in Best Buy customer service. I was on hold for about 2 hours and rerouted 5 different times only to be told I would get a call back right away and then an hour later I finally get the call back without them being able to solve my problem. I am probably not going to renew my best but total membership next year. I don’t feel like I am a “special” member who paid $180 dollars for this kind of treatment. I only bought my items because of the price and if I can find them for cheaper I will definitely return them and buy from somewhere else. The computer overall is a great computer though and for the price I got it was a deal.

I've tried two of these Yoga i9's and both had loose trackpads. There is no silent touch tapping it always makes a noise and is very annoying. Ruins the experience and unacceptable at any price point in 2023

I purchased an open box item rated 'excellent' condition. When the package arrived in the mail, I inspected for any damage and happily wrapped the graduation present. At the graduation party, my son informed me that the laptop's pen was missing. Contacted Best Buy and was told that since it was more than 14 days, I could not return the laptop?!? But, was assured that this case would be elevated, and that I would receive an email or callback. I'm still waiting. I sure thought 'excellent' condition meant everything is included and that Best Buy would have already corrected their oversight by putting a pen in the mail.

Was a beautiful laptop, unfortunately, it didn't have a numeric pad on the right so I had to return it.

Good quality but is heavy , for this size is very heavy , still the same as HP but Samsung or Apple is lighter.

I was really excited about this laptop because it can also be used as a tablet. The tablet mode doesn't always work well, the pen doesn't have a long battery life, and sometimes the pen won't let me write even when it has full battery. I wish I could return this laptop, but it's past the return date.

Disconnecting Citrix when system goes to sleep mode. I am not sure for other applications. I am not satisfied with that

Very disappointing, had it for just over four months - can't do the updates or it freezes up, one of the usb ports doesn't work and now it won't charge. Of course it's too late to return - but will be trying that anyway. A LOT of money for crap.

The uhd display is not of the quality i expected, for the suggested retail price.

The laptop is good overall, but the battery charge is never 10.5 hours as best buy listed it in the product features! Also, the pen that is come with it, there is no direction how to make it works.

This is a great laptop. It's the perfect size for general use. I went from a 13" to this 14", and that little bit larger of a screen really makes a difference. This laptop has great speakers, great storage, nice and fast, good keyboard action, etc. etc. It is very well designed and not full of bloatware like some are. I really like being able to plug the power into either side. Comes with a nice slip case and a pen, too. Perfect laptop! I am a photographer and do lots of large size image editing, lots of file management.

Waste of time! The laptop was supposed to be in excellent condition, but when they pulled it out of the package it was dirty and had to be cleaned. It also did not come with pen or case, like it was supposed to. Also, when I got home I found out it had screen burn-in and I had to return it. Two trips to Bestbuy in the same day for nothing.

The screen cracked after just 3 weeks of extremely gentle use. I can't even figure out what happened to make it crack. Now the touchscreen won't work.

There's a crack at the back of the laptop which is skillfully glued together and hid from me while purchasing. Very disappointed with that
