Delivery was 1 day late, but otherwise, everything went smoothly.

The Lenovo Yoga AIO 9I All-In-One Desktop is the best windows all in one PC that I have ever used and quite frankly has rendered my desktop and monitor setup obsolete. This product is pricey and costs as much as the Mac Studio and for good reason. This to me is the PREMIUM desktop for Windows. Let me explain why. The Packaging: The screen and the base are already attached (unlike every other monitor which needs to be put together by the end user). This comes in a very large box but it is secured perfectly. Also, included in the box are a very high end keyboard and a pretty solid mouse. The Screen: WOW. It is a very large 31.5" screen and it is also quite tall. It is a very beautiful and responsive 4K screen that also has built in speakers that are very loud and do not sound bad at all. Doing spreadsheets for work, emails, YouTube, etc has been an absolute joy on this screen...it is that good. The Base: The base offers many ports for USB-C (2), USB-A (2), HDMI, etc. It also has built in phone charging at the bottom of the base which is unbelievably genius and works well. The mechanics: The 13th Gen Core I9 is fast....like super fast. Benchmarking it for my needs has been unbelievable. It is very fast and absolutely chews through tasks. This has 16GB of RAM which is more than enough for my needs and also has 512GB SSD which is incredibly fast. In todays day and age, 512GB is not enough storage, but using cloud storage will continue to maximize the storage and also keep the SSD running fast. The build quality: This is a 10 out of 10 build quality. Lenovo absolutely knocked the ergonomics and design out of the park with this computer. The screen is slim and striking, the infinity arm holding the screen from the base is modern and very nice and the stand is wonderful. It is sleek and modern and well done to Lenovo. Overall, this product is incredible and I HIGHLY recommend this to business professionals, and also to students who need a really good computer and don't need a laptop. For the money, you cannot beat this premium product on the windows spectrum of devices.

Firstly I want to clarify: The lenovo website lists this computer as NOT touch screen and that is accurate: This is not a touch screen all in one. It is an amazing 32" 4k all in one with the latest intel i9 processor, solid state drive and comfortable amount of RAM and wireless keyboard and mouse included. I mention the wireless keyboard and mouse since I was happy with something that was higher quality than the typical Logitech K270 I look to add to new machines as a replacement, that isn't necessary here! I also love the built-in webcam that is the first I've truly found to be better than a USB webcam for Zoom/Meet/etc conferences. Everything overall runs very smooth and responsive: it was easy to load all of our family profiles from our other window devices just by logging into our Microsoft accounts. Aesthetically I love the looks of this machine: it is thinner than my 32" Samsung 4k monitor and includes premium speakers in the silhouette. If you're going to plugin some additional peripheral monitors you may have some issues with the Bezel not giving you that wall-to-wall screens experience: there is a lot more space than typical from edge of screen to edge of casing. Ultimately this is a machine to take care of my hobby programming and design work (light coding, video editing and photo editing) and attend personal zoom calls and the performance and screen completely meet those needs. I love this computer for savings me space on the desk but delivering the performance with a large & crisp screen!

I purchase this about a month ago! This system will load up with a black screen. I have not been able to work on this system yet! I have purchase an Lenovo in the past without the problem that I'm having with this desktop system.

Do NOT purchase. All bells and whistles but SUCKS in actuality. I had to take it in to Geek Squad, they called themselves fixing it. Worked great... for a little while. Now? Can't connect to my internet again randomly and often. I am so over it. There are way cheaper and better pc's! I usually go Acer, but wanted to try something new but this one is TERRIBLE. You can't work when you keep disconnecting. Impacts work performance smh.

Computer stopped working 5 months after purchase. It does not turn on. I've asked my IT to investiate and it appears the entire computer is dead. I've reached out to Lenovo and they are unable to provide me with a return authorization for Best Buy, and Best Buy will not allow a return on a faulty product. I"m going to send the computer in for repair but this disrupts my entire workflow in a management position.

The mother board defective within 3 weeks of usage. 14 days return policy so it falls under manufacture warranty. For a defect like this Best Buy should replace the product and don’t have to wait till it is fixed for 3 to 4 weeks

I have had this computer for a little over a year now and it is really solid. All in one computers don't usually come with 4k screens. It boots fast, smooth, very quiet and has built in speakers and a small sub-woofer. I use it for my standalone desktop and a second monitor to my Mac Mini M4. Sound is decent, video is well above average, and the IR camera is Windows Hello compliant, so you don't have to run out and get a new webcam right away. I use it for work from home and pleasure and it performs great. The onboard mic appears to be noise canceling. No one on my work calls tell me they hear any noises on my calls and my voice is clear. In full transparency, there are a couple of things important to know. These are workable issues but, on my unit, the onboard Bluetooth radio does not support Bluetooth microphones built into headsets. Many work-from-home employees may want a wireless combination headphone with mic set. The headphone audio works flawlessly but the physical mic is never recognized during pairing. Most modern laptops and desktops that have Bluetooth do. The current workaround is simply using a wired headset which many Bluetooth audio experts will say do. Bluetooth is not the best method to transmit both audio and mic and will never match a wired dedicated headset. Or if you want to continue to use your wireless headset, you can simply install a modern 10-dollar Bluetooth USB receiver, disable the onboard Bluetooth device and most receivers will operate plug and play without having to download a driver. The onboard radios are usually a small daughter card on the motherboard. I suspect this is an easy engineering fix and will be addressed. Second, this All in One is a really good 4k second monitor for a laptop or Mac using the inbound USB-C port. Don't look for a software monitor switch or hardware switch to bounce between two active computers. It automatically connects when the second computer is powered on, and cable connected. You can't turn it off or switch back to the AIO without turning off the external computer or disconnect the cable. It is basic but it does work without any setup complexities. I worked with Lenovo support and after about 45 minutes we escalated to additional engineers. They said based on the testing it was determined Bluetooth microphone is not a current supported feature. On a scale of 1 to 10, definitely a 9. It isn't a gaming computer but it does remarkable with business applications, video streaming, audio playback and a second monitor for Macs or other external computers that can provide USB-C video and audio. The screen quality rivals top end Mac desktops which is really good for a built for Windows computer. Best All in One I have tested myself.

I bought this for the big screen. I loved my 27" iMac retina display but I'm more comfortable with Windows. After years of double monitors I bought this for office productivity and home studio recording. The display has enough area for multiple documents and the 4K resolution is easy on the eye. And it's wicked fast, a bonus.

How can best buy even consider to sell All In Ones with 512GB fof storage considering how almost imposible to upgrade this machine is, a single game can take up to 100GG.
