I was so excited when I brought this computer. I waited what seems to be an eternity with butterflies in my stomach. Then it finally arrived, I could hardly contain myself only to have the touch screen not work. I called lenovo to make sure that in my excitement I didn't miss a step but the tech couldn't help. I could not even set it up. So I box it up and took it back to bestbuy. Also after watching all the reviews in my excitement not once did anyone mentioned the weight of this thing, it's heavy. I guess with the two screens it makes sense. But I'm so mad that it came unresponsive.

For yourself in the future and viewers of this post, after setup (you can set up the device without utilizing the touch screen), by either Lenovo Vantage or manually, you can update the drivers, and this should resolve your issue. Laptop camera at eye view and dual screen = A+
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two of several things I like about this laptop: (1) When the laptop stands tall against its support, the camera is closer to eye view, so I don't appear to be looking down in web conferences, (2) It is easy to push windows down or up a screen, enabling notetaking below and web searches above. It is also sleek, lightweight, well-built, etc. It is a beauty. It wasn't great that the salesperson left before completing the transaction with me online, possibly because they didn't think I was serious about the purchase. Moreover, they indicated that a trade-in of my other Lenovo laptop would be possible at the store when picking up the new one, but that wasn't the case. That was the online purchase experience. However, the Geek Squad technicians onsite at the Columbia store, e.g., Bill, Stephanie, and others, are very competent and considerate.
