Two of several things I like about this laptop:
(1) When the laptop stands tall against its support, the camera is closer to eye view, so I don't appear to be looking down in web conferences,
(2) It is easy to push windows down or up a screen, enabling notetaking below and web searches above.
It is also sleek, lightweight, well-built, etc. It is a beauty.
It wasn't great that the salesperson left before completing the transaction with me online, possibly because they didn't think I was serious about the purchase. Moreover, they indicated that a trade-in of my other Lenovo laptop would be possible at the store when picking up the new one, but that wasn't the case. That was the online purchase experience. However, the Geek Squad technicians onsite at the Columbia store, e.g., Bill, Stephanie, and others, are very competent and considerate.
