Got this as an early gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it. It is great for multitasking without having to connect to an external monitor. I have used it twice for homework and it is great to use.

I love the screens and it is perfect for my job. This is now my main laptop

The worst experienceis I ever had went into the store to buy this they were out so I paid cash and ordered it to my house the next day I got the sound bar had to go back to Best Buy five times called them on the phone multiple times the manager refused to give me back my money $2300 it was Way over what they could give me but they would gladly take the wrong item and I need to get back in touch with the online support that never response back in the three weeks and has been going on for about a month so out of $2300 and no computer but I got a $200 sound bar that I give back to Best Buy

Don't buy it, software and factory problems

Very bad, it never worked well since I turned it on, the software went crazy, it never worked as a tablet or when it turned. The worst experience I've had with a laptop, it's not worth it for the high price and that it has many factory problems.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
