    Having a SIM and eSIM available on a laptop is great. It's also light enough for travel at over 2.5 lb, yet still quite sturdy... Before purchasing, be aware that: * generally MicroSoft apps and apps from the store work fine * it's running an ARM processor so not all apps work, though * some apps will work, but run slower Some technical details: * virtualization is not enabled, so WSL 2 will not run * WSL will run however * there's very limited Linux support at the moment (basic functionality works, but touch, wifi, camera, etc. may not)

    I bought one laptop new from the manufacture and had 2 programs that wont install but other then that I like it a lot. So I wanted to get one for my wife and could only find an open box certified excellent from best buy. It was supposed to come with everything that a new one came with. One of the only accessories was a PEN and the one I got was supposed to be included but did not have one. Also it was not supposed to have ant scratches and it has 2. So a new one great an open box not so good.
