    This laptop is quite fast and very quiet. I don’t see fan kicking while watching movies or Netflix. I don’t play games and use just MS office or web browsers so it is very smooth.

    Though they say up to 8hrs on battery, realistically, it's more like 3hrs if you're lucky. Unless im just doing something wrong. Even with power efficient settings turned on, i still only get maybe 3 hours, and i haven't even put it to a hard task yet. All i have done is have pdfs open for a 8hr class. In theory i should be able to make it to the end of class or fairly far into the class time before having to plug it in, however thats not the case

      For context, as you may know there are lots of variables that contribute to battery and in powerful laptops like the Yoga Pro 9i, that can increase even more due to their high-powered processors and graphics cards. If you want to squeeze out more battery life and are completing non-intensive graphics tasks, you can utilize the MUX switch built into this model to turn off the GPU to greatly decrease power draw. This can be done in the NVIDA Control Panel app or in the system BIOS (not as convenient as the former option). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words, along with custom settings configurable in Lenovo Vantage. You could also press the Fn + R key combo to toggle to a lower refresh rate for even more power conservation.

    It's alright. I use it for work, will usually watch YouTube on the side and it'll keep up through the rapid keyboard tapping. Gaming is okay. I've run Baldur's Gate and Cyberpunk without a problem. Will stick with this until I can upgrade to something with an AMD processor.
