If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds. It’s the second Yoga that I’ve purchased and has all the features that I wanted. It’s one of the few laptops that has numeric keypad, which I need for my work.

Lenovo has been a favorite for it’s lightweight and battery life. The specs on this one were impressive. Much more than I needed for work, but too good to pass up at such a great price. Great Laptop with One Caveat

Love my Yoga laptop

Turns off randomly and mouse issues

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop is really nice, I like to type on it, beautiful screen and fast, however, if I close the lid, sometimes when I opened it again I find out it has randomly restarted on me which means I now lose everything I was working on. I do digitizing for my embroidery side gig and this is very inconvenient. There are other time where it has fully shut down on me. Now mouse/track pad. It likes to lag and skip. I don’t know why but I’m moving my mouse and then it completely stops and then skips into a different area. Another small thing is it creaks. My work laptop is more solid than this. A little disappointed with the price point of this laptop. Again, my biggest issue it the randomly turning off and restarting on its own while the lid is closed.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Don’t buy this

I saved up money the whole summer to buy this. it broke 2months and about a week after i bought it. I took it to best but they keep sending back and forth, then I called the company and they’re also very unhelpful. at this point i just want a refund, I don’t even want to fix it anymore cause the power button is so fragile and i don’t to have to deal with this same issue again. My power button got stuck inside, and my screen is stuck in a loop where it will turn on for about a second then turn back off since i cant fully press the power button, and they’re telling me it will cost between 300-600$ to fix it, and im not willing to pay this price for a product i just bought and never dropped. i’m also unable to return it since it’s little over 2 months that i bought it. I took my computer for a diognostic somewhere else and they told me it was a issue from the company. So if you’re looking for something reliable, DON’T BUY THIS.
