I saved up money the whole summer to buy this. it broke 2months and about a week after i bought it. I took it to best but they keep sending back and forth, then I called the company and they’re also very unhelpful. at this point i just want a refund, I don’t even want to fix it anymore cause the power button is so fragile and i don’t to have to deal with this same issue again. My power button got stuck inside, and my screen is stuck in a loop where it will turn on for about a second then turn back off since i cant fully press the power button, and they’re telling me it will cost between 300-600$ to fix it, and im not willing to pay this price for a product i just bought and never dropped. i’m also unable to return it since it’s little over 2 months that i bought it. I took my computer for a diognostic somewhere else and they told me it was a issue from the company. So if you’re looking for something reliable, DON’T BUY THIS.

If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds. Best laptop I've owned in years.

Hands down worth every penny. Has some issues with the V button but quickly resolved. Might need to warranty in the future for that if it appears again so we'll see. But otherwise sure everything I want.

No charger-open box excellent condition

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keeping it simple the only why this purchase still has 3 stars is the fact that the computer arrived in good shape with a minor scratch, however even though purchase in excellent condition it arrived without a charger and when I went to Best Buy they told they couldn’t give me one both online and in store or give me a similar replacement. My only option was to return which I didn’t want to do because I purchase it at a discounted prices that has since then gone up. Just keep in mind open boxes in excellent condition says: “ Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement).” and they made no effort at attempting to solve my issue at 2 stores on the phone and on live chat other than telling me to return it.
