Screen flickers - unresolved

It wasnt terrible when it was brand new but it is getting worse by the day. I filled out a service request and I received a screen message saying it qualifies for "depot carry in" service. What the heck does that mean ??? I researched where I need to go for that but nothing on the website. I participated in the on-line chats but nothing gets resolved. What a joke. Also, I inquired on multiple occasions if there is a stylus that I could use with the touch screen. Apparently this is a big mystery. Your customer service needs to humanize a bit. I give you a zero. maybe you can reach out to me for resolution. You have my info.

To start, we wish to clarify that while the Yoga Pro 9i features a touchscreen display, it is not equipped with the unique panel technology to support pen input, as this is generally reserved for 2-in-1 devices.
Regarding the screen flicker issue, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. While you may have been in contact with online support, we do not have record of your information based on the limited profile data shared with your review.
