Never had a laptop, this is our first. Super vivid screen resolution and the touch screen works great. Very fast compared to my old desktop. And it was surprisingly easy to setup. With all the information on the internet to debug problems, you no longer need to be a super geek to wade through all this. Bought this powerful laptop to drive our LG UltraGear 45" OLED monitor, which sucks lots of power. When not attached to the charger, you can literally watch the battery drain using the gaming monitor, You might get 3 hours. Using just the laptop's screen, it's more like 15+ hours. The color, clarity and refresh times of both the gaming & laptop's monitor are excellent. The only drawback, which was discovered after the laptop & monitor purchase was the NVIDIA graphics card does not quite have the resolution to completely utilize this gaming monitor. Max on the laptop is 3440x1440, but the monitor will take 5120x2160. Which results in 2 inches of black space on the left & right of the screen image. Hopefully NVIDIA will eventually have a driver update for this. We've had the laptop for a month now and it has overheated only once. Not sure why as it was sitting idle overnight. So we put it on a wooden oven rack to keep it cooler on our desk.

Product came in excellent condition. Bought the laptop for its high spectra and it doesn’t disappoint. It is a bit heavy for a slim laptop but that is to be expected. I upgraded from a 14” laptop to this 16” screen and I can immediately tell a difference. The screen is beautiful and great for work that requires color accuracy. If you are a creative looking for a powerful laptop with a nice looking, sleek, and quality finish. This laptop is for you.

This computer runs smoothly, is not too heavy or bulky, and overall Im really happy with it. I am not a very tech savvy person so I honestly can't provide a whole lot of information.

This laptop is solid, fast, very high performing and is user friendly. I paired this with dual 27 inch HP omen monitors recommended by Geek Squad personnel and I have ZERO regrets.

I really am loving this laptop now that I am getting one that works well!! Battery is really good for this type of laptop. video playback ive gotten around 9 hours. day to day tasks around 7, heavier tasks 6, and gaming 2 unfortunately from my experience it only charges using the custom charger, and not usb-C at all the major reason I gave this a 4 start rereview is because the touch screen wasnt working on my first model, but bestbuy took it back and I got it replaced and my new one works great! I *highly* recommend this laptop! I am able to play games, and use it for all my technical programs. Its not too heavy or bulky and easy to carry around. The keyboard is absolutely fantastic and so is the track pad! The face ID is nicer than you think it will be. Additionally- the lenovo software included is a HUGE benefit, and I recommend you look through it! overall- wouldnt change much, and im very happy. Screen is simply gorgeous, speakers arent bad, fans are a little loud at times, can get hot while running games.

This would be my 5th Lenovo. The first one was a 7i and the rest were 9i. I decide to go pro this time around. I wanted to get the best laptop I could get under $2k. I wanted the best speakers and the best screen and also decent spec's to future proof a bit. I plan on keeping this for a while. I really love this laptop. I use it for both personal and work. I also do some light gaming and its handled all task with ease. I kind of think because of the number pad, the keys feel just a smidge cramped but overall the key feel and typing experience is what you would expect from Lenovo. Battery life has been ok, not that I am too worried about it since this spends most of its time on my desk in my office. When I need to be really mobile I carry my Surface Pro but I like having options so that's why I didn't go desktop. Anyway, battery life seems better than my 2020 9i, which isn't bad considering the tandem OLED screen. Watching content and playing games is a dream. The screen is beautiful, and the speakers sound great. I am not an audiophile, but I appreciate crisp, detailed sound. For the camera, as long as you have adequate lighting, it will look great while on video calls. I think the only negative I would mention is that Lenovo AI didn't really work for me but its not like that influenced my buying decision anyway. Otherwise, I do like some of the other stuff Lenovo included like Modes to help easily toggle different power modes. They also have some other safety features that seem pretty useful. Overall if you a very capable laptop I think this is a good choice especially if you can catch it on sale.

This is a solid computer. It's heavier than I thought it would be but I don't need to carry it around every day so I don't mind. It does exactly what I need it to do, which is heavy on graphics capabilities. I wish it had a "right click" on the pad, other than that I don't have anything to complain about.

This is one of the few laptops that provides 100%Adobe RGB color gamut and the display is beautiful! And the computer is fast! Keys are great, build is high quality, wireless network is also fast (I have WiFi 7). Very happy and highly recommended

The Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i has exceeded my expectations. I was on the fence regarding a new macbook pro or staying with a Windows system and couldn't be happier with my decision. Setup was quick and instructions were clear. Now that i am up and running on this as a music production studio, I am finding the addition of the touchscreen ideal for certain plugins. Plugged in an external SSD, connected to an extra screen and midi controllers, and my command center is complete!

It is what I needed for a home computer. It is fast, has good sound, and has great graphics. It is slim, not too heavy, and has a large screen.

Been using this for two weeks now. The screen brightness is unbelievable. I usually need full brightness on everything to be able to read text in screen. Not on this machine. The screen is brilliant and ultrabright. I turn the brightness down on this one. So far no issues and I love this item.

Using for Engineering school. Laptop starts quick, does what a laptop should, especially for the grueling work of Engineering with no issues. Only issue is the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like it to, but with power that my apps use, I haven found one that does anymore. I miss when the batteries were removeable and you could buy extra large batteries.

The jury is still out on this one. I use it for programming using .net and Docker container for the database. Bought this to replace a heavier Lenovo Legion Pro. Debating which I prefer, a hot lap or the occasional mouse stutter. Also, you can't upgrade the 32GB RAM in this one. I do like the screen. I wish the screen was 4K without touch instead of the 3K with touch (it would be awesome if there was a key combo to turn off the touch). Keyboard is okay for a laptop. I wish there was a physical cover for the front facing camera instead of the digital switch on the side. I also haven't yet found a way to easily disable the trackpad.

I have been using this laptop for a month now and am loving it. Screen brightness is amazing. Its a very solid build.

Got knocked down a few stars for major concerns. Nearly returned it and honestly wish I did. Just going to rock with it for now. Some of the top items below: Pros 1) The screen is gorgeous. Nothing can compare to the deep contrast of a tandem OLED. Well worth the extra cost. Let's be fair, that's what you're buying this laptop for. Better deals elsewhere with wifi7 also, etc. and some even Thunderbolt 5 (in a heavier louder machine - but cheaper) Cons 1) Nearly burning the house down by overheating 200+ degrees while in sleep mode. Unclear what damage was done if any. Format reinstall before returning it resolved itself. Lenovo battery management software? I installed it, issue came back, uninstalled it. I no longer put it to sleep as often if at all. Not convinced 100% that was it though. Forums indicate Lenovo recommends a replacement for this issue. Yikes. 2) Randomly the touchpad stops working for touch. Border of the pad sometimes still works and click works, but touch / drag goes out. Comes back shortly after some use. It's brand-new so not dirty or oily. Cleaning had no effect but it happens less often.? Perhaps drivers or other were updated. Not monitoring or that bothered yet to investigate further. Seems a very common issue for Lenovos to overheat in sleep mode for YEARS ACROSS MULTIPLE MODELS!! Buy at your own risk.

Fast computer that can handle multiple tasks with ease. Big keyboard with number pad is a plus. I would recommend this computer highly to a college student who needs full function.

Solid performer. Still getting feet wet on it but it seems to do all as promised.

Tandem OLED is on another level. Good for coding, and light gaming.

This new snapdragon processor I was unfamiliar with but quickly grew on me. The laptop is super thin and lightweight and it makes traveling very easy. It can also run programming softwares such as VS Code insanely fast and also normal tasks insanely fast. One downside though is this snapdragon GPU is not the best and cannot run some games. The battery life is amazing and a good 2-3 days at average use and at minimal use around a week.

Best screen on a laptop bar none! Speakers sound great and stays relatively quiet unless gaming.
