    Great laptop taking some time getting use to the touch screen we then going to move the laptop. Keep hitting the power sleep lock screen button on side but fixed that by shutting button off in settings

    Great laptop but excellent condition does not include receiving the correct battery adapter. Needed to purchase the correct one since Best Buy wouldn't replace with the correct one.

    Excited to try a smaller, lighter weight laptop. Well it was both of those but power waswaning in keeping a number of sites open. Tended to hesitate when downloading. Easily would slow down with even 4-5 sites open with receiving "wait or cancel" messages. Also my hub (which works fine on other computer) had trouble connecting my other devices. Here I have it and $1200 poorer. Maybe a gift in a few months for a grandchild.

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as outdated software can cause system inefficiency and this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

    I actually returned this device. I looked on the sales floor model for the vram and it showed 9 GB, but what I got was 8 GB when i looked at the device I went home with. No biggie because i was only using this for school, but felt kinda fooled by that. The bigger issue was some drivers that are installed weren't working so I had to roll back the update then reinstall the update. First it was the WiFi, then the bluetooth. Really expected more out of a Lenovo product.

    My son bought this at Best Buy Downers Grove after listening to pros and cons of several laptops from a team member . He was heading to college this fall as a finance major . Unfortunately the sales member didn't point out the slim model isn't compatible with a pen to make critical notes for many math laden classes . Unfortunately he didn't use the computer for note taking and writing notes until this week at school . So we are out of the Best Buy warranty time frame to return . Heard great things of the Lenovo yoga laptop but the slim is not a choice for those that need to use a stylus! Verified all this info today with customer service at Lenovo .
