The screen is very clear and easy on my eyes. Geek Squad transferred my information from my old computer - the complete process went very smoothly.

Reliable, long battery life (including standby), cool an quiet! The OLED screed is the cherry on top. A magnificent machine that checks all the boxes and could be the best windows laptop for 95% of people

You must understand this processor is built for cell phones, not laptops so you are getting cell phone performance in this expensive laptop.

I had to get an adapter for my HDMI and USB-Type A external monitor,keyboard and mouse. It wasn't a problem.

Great machine, fast and long lasting battery

Fast, long duration battery, incredible screen resolution and image quality. The only negative comment, i had a little problem installing a printer driver that was not yet compatible with the processor architecture. I was able to download the drivers and install the printer without using the manufacturer installer. As this becomes a new standard, I expect this 4 to be a 5 pretty soon.

A great computer ruined by Windows

The keyboard feels nice, the screen is great, and the touchpad feels solid. However, it's missing a few things that I've gotten used to, like a fingerprint reader, headphone jack, and and a SD card reader. Even the power button on the side is annoying, as I've accidentally turned it off more times than I'd like to admit. All that would be forgivable, but Windows 11 is hot garbage on this machine. It struggles to play YouTube videos via Firefox (almost seems intentional), sometimes it hibernates when the lid is closed for a long time (sometimes it doesn't), and it's laggy! That's not to mention the borderline adware Microsoft tries to sell you on with a fresh install. If you're looking to buy this, I suggest you stick with a cheap MacBook air or wait until Linux support drops for this machine.

The battery life is beyond amazing and that OLED screen is just awesome, not great at gaming but I have other computers for that.
