    I had the laptop for two weeks now and have enjoyed it so far. If you are a person who needs something fast with a good memory this is it. I haven't used copilot enough but will do so when I return to school.

    Very good small compact computer for the price. Fast, beautiful display, does not heat up like standard windows laptops. Touch screen is fluid.

    The gentleman who served me was very attentive. I hope he is recognized for his good service. Product is good but has had some issues with automatic typing making it unable to continue with work unless computer is restarted by pressing the power button. Since the shut off on screen is not being able to be used because of the typing. Weird.

      Regarding the issue you shared, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates.

    I really like this laptop. Not too big, high quality, easy to use (though I'm not a fan of the uni touch pad vs two buttons).

    This is a great little notebook. The snapdragon plus elite is quick and the oled display is sharp and is bright. It cost a little more than my last laptop but is big on improvements
