Caution - not compatible with portable scanners

I wanted a light, easy to use, top of the line, totally up to date laptop. I got most of that BUT I have discovered, through contact with Scansnap, Brother, and Lenovo, that laptops with Snapdragon which work on ARM64-based PC system ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PORTABLE SCANNERS!!!! There seems to be no patch or work around. Also be aware it has USB-C connections so if you use anything on USB you need a converter - easy to find and use. Otherwise I liked the product but it does not meet my work requirements

Response time is slow. Picture quality excellent, keyboard & touchscreen good. Think carefully before considering this particular model. Didn’t measure up to my Lenovo Thinkpad it replaced.

I mainly use it to surf the web but I also do some development on it. I find Chrome freezes up for a few seconds often on it when I have 10+ tabs open. I have found the battery to drain about 10% per hour which is faster than i was led to believe. The build quality is good and the screen is great. I would return the laptop but it is out of return window.
