PC is great except the sales person told us it would work with pens. We bought two different pens based on Best Buy sales person's recommendations, only to find out this PC doesn't use pens at all! What a racket!

I'm very satisfied with the product. Love the laptop. However, when it comes to Best Buy's customer service i am disappointed and not satisfied at all. So 5 stars for the laptop 0 stars for Beat Buy customer service.

Great laptop with a HUGE problem ....

Everything about this laptop is great except for the fact that the snapdragon chip isnt compatible with most games but mostly creative apps like photoshop lightroom and davinci resolve. This is a deal breaker for me as those are the 3 programs i use all the time.

It could be amazing, but it’s just not there yet, snapdragon needs to refine their native software so it can feel just as good as x86.

So far it has served its basic purpose. Would not recommend if you’re not familiar with arm chips it feels worse than some of the intel and amd laptops.

1st Lenovo ever. Unfortunately died in 6 months after purchase. Geek Squad checked the laptop said the hardware failed.

Not a durable computer for its price

The computer is very lightweight and portable, but comes at the heavy cost of durability. After only two months of use my laptop got a micro crack in the screen (with a case and without dropping it) and it decommissioned the whole computer. I would not recommend anyone buy this laptop

Seemed like an excellent purchase until keyboard became unresponsive after one week. We are now bouncing between the geek squad and lenovo trying to resolve.

I like the machine; size and feel but after 2 weeks the keyboard just stopped working...? Had to drive all the way back up to Grand Junction and replace it. Glad I had the Total service plan.

Had to return. The windows installed on my laptop was defective and it needed to be repaired/reinstalled. Only found that out when I was trying to do a factory reset. Thank you best buy for going above and beyond to help me! Exchanged for MacBook 13 M3 which is a much better quality machine!

Worst Laptop Purchase – Avoid Lenovo Yoga!

I deeply regret buying the Lenovo Yoga. It has been the worst purchase of my life. Despite being advertised as having PowerAI, its AI capabilities are extremely weak. The laptop is slow, full of glitches, and constantly lags. Battery life is disappointing—I barely used it, yet it drains quickly.
The biggest issue was the faulty camera, which completely failed in the first month. I was abroad for a month and missed all my online classes because of it. When I contacted the retailer (Best Buy), they refused to take responsibility. Lenovo’s warranty service also didn’t cover the hardware problem.
I paid a premium price, yet within six months, its value dropped a lot . I was choosing between Apple and Lenovo and made the mistake of trying something new—huge regret. If you’re considering this laptop, stay away!
Wouldn’t recommend Lenovo Yoga to anyone. Overpriced, unreliable, and terrible customer service.

Unfortunately I will be returning this product. I have owned it for one month and have called Lenova along with Geek Squad about a keyboard issue and opening up Chrome when I toggle over the icon below.

Old drivers

Lenovo has been slow in updating drivers and doesnt allow newer drivers to be installed directly from Qualcomm. Lenovo drivers are early releases shortly after the Snapdragon processor came to market and contain lots of bugs.

Really wanted to love it…

Unfortanately although it was a nice product, the keyboard stopped working a few times after going to sleep. An example being I would close the laptop to make it sleep and when I would open it back up, the keyboard wouldn’t work so I was forced to restart it several times. After 2 times in just 2 days, I can’t keep it. It feels like it would give me issues in the future. Maybe I got a defective product? Don’t know if I can try it again though.

Snapdragon processor needs more bugs iron out. I could not downloand my Norton license anti-virus. Norton said hardware issue. Returned for ultra 7 processor unit.

This rating is for Best Buy experience. Not laptop. Ordered an “excellent” open box which clearly states it includes original packaging and accessories or suitable replacement. I didn’t receive a charger or proper packaging. I brought it to the local Best Buy store who refused to acknowledge that the charger should have been included even with me showing them the product listing. Forced to just return the laptop as they would not provide any remedy. Thanks for wasting my time Best Buy.

Bought my first Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x in December 2024 and experienced camera issues, window driver updates would not take. Returned it and decided to try once again with my 2nd Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x last Thursday. Now, the keyboard is making grinding noises during my Zoom calls. Shouldn't be experiencing these types of issues with a new laptop. Returning and asking for a refund soon.

As much as I wanted to like the new processor and snapdragon laptops, this one fell somewhat short. The device felt too flimsy and easy to break. Returning.
