Great movie to just kick back and laugh with your friends

I bought this movie looking for a comedy and I remember seeing posters of this movie when it first premiered in theaters. I hadn't seen the movie before and thought it looked interesting enough and for the low price of $3.99, I thought "what the hey". I was pleasantly surprised at how funny it was and the story line was, in my opinion, quite good. For people that is struggling in what to do in their "post-college" life (whether it's personal or career), they will find the characters in this movie relatable. If you like the show "New Girl," you probably will like this movie. Even if you don't watch the show "New Girl," you may still find this movie entertaining and enjoyable.

Hilarious buddy comedy. When I first watched the movie I was expecting something more generic, but that is not what I received. Not only does the movie hit all the beats you would expect, but it goes even further and really put the two leads in really deep. Jake Johnson and Damon Waynes Jr. play off each other very well. And with a plot that's not too far fetched and very plausible this movie is great for any fan of comedy.

This movie is pretty much exactly what you'd expect. There are a few amusing parts and I didn't feel like it was two hours of my life wasted (though I'm sure there are more productive things I could have been doing). I should probably note that I watched this after a couple of drinks which may have raised the rating a little more than it was worth :-)

For myself I watched this movie because I enjoy the show New Girl. The two leads in the movie are main characters in the TV series. I was not expected grand things from the movie and as such it didn't disappoint. It's a good buddy flick with a lot more vulgar content than you would see in a New Girl episode. However, not a bad movie to pass the time.

Some like it, some don't. These guys work well together and I found the movie hilarious. If you've seen the show New Girl, these guys play the same type of characters. If you want to shut your mind off for a bit and laugh, this is a great movie. Blu Ray 5 dollar bin, I had to buy it.

When two friends, who aren't going very far in life at the moment, put on police uniforms, hilarity ensues. Acting like an officer of the law seems to be easy at first. Until the two friends get in over their heads. This is a decent comedy that is fun to watch and enjoy.

This movie is meant to be fun and not take it too seriously, which it accomplishes. It's not the most realistic plot, but that doesn't stop it from being hilarious. It's easy to watch these two actors goof off while managing to still be like-able characters. It's a great Friday night popcorn movie.

It's a shame that this movie was released amid the controversy of the many police shootings from last year. It really is a fun, albeit over-the-top buddy movie that had enough laughs to keep it going. Great gags through out and it actually had me wondering how the main characters would turn out.

This film has everything, comedy, drama, and action!! Daman Wayans Jr. is just as funny as his father, if not funnier. I would definitely reccomend this film to everybody I know. If there was ever a time, when you want to impersonate a cop, this is the film to see. Don't miss out on this comedy gem. Like I mentioned previously, this film has everything you can ask for...

I did like this movie it made me laugh in a few different spots, but what i liked most about it was best buy price matched Amazon and I got it for a very good price under $10..I might watch it one more time but I do not see myself watching it annually like I do with my favorite comedy Death at a Funeral.

Bought the movie pretty cheap. Watched it once after waiting till dvd and really enjoyed it. Haven't watched it since but I blame that on the all the new entertainment that is constantly being produced. Never really watch a movie a million times like back in the day. Now you see it once and move on.

Had a little reward $ to spend and this movie was recommended by my daughter. It's funny, silly, suspenseful, & a little romantic. ......something for the whole family. Glad I bought it. Have loaned it to many others who also had never heard of it. Happy friends!

Enjoyable comedy about a couple of guys trying to figure out where they are going in life and quite a few bumps along the way as they try to straighten themselves out. quite a few good moments in this film, overall pretty good. worth a rewatch or two over time.

I purchased this movie with the intentions of laughing but this movie was extremely, hilariously funny. If ur looking for a good laugh this is the movie you would want to watch. I really enjoyed this movie. I already watch it twice about to watch it again.

The movie looked pretty funny in the trailer and it is, there were some parts that were a little too childish for my sense of humor, but overall a pretty good one to watch. PS. there is some full frontal male nudity that goes on for quite a while... Just sayin'

I started this movie with expectations of a couple of cheap laughs, and nothing more. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much I actually enjoyed the movie. I tend to find humor in everything, and I love comedies, and this movie was right up my alley.

This was a nice movie, full of action and fun, We laughed a lot with this and have seen it more than three times! It was a good purchase!. Don't know if it will be a second part but if it is I would also see it as long as it keeps the cool and the fun! Great movie!

I can’t exactly explain why or how I ended up liking “Let’s Be Cops” as much as I did. I guess it’s one of those situations where my expectations were at such an average level, mixed with the fact that I was really in need of something to fill the void of late summer, that I was able to just sit back and enjoy myself.
