Not good, many problems until this day with the connection

Good lock. The major cone is no wifi capability. The Level tech support says that there is no enough room inside the lock to add a a wifi chip or adapter.

Like the concept. Worked fairly well. Bolt doesn't seem very secure though and it wouldn't fit into my precut door frame hole because it is a circle.

Works exactly as described. Watched many reviews and how-to videos and settled on this lock. Good to know there are products that meet the expectations, along with being something you appreciate more each day you use it.

The build quality of this bolt is great. The two piece design makes it easy to assemble in the deadbolt space. The battery is easily replaceable with no disassembly required. I decided to self-install even though I am not a very handy person. I found installation to be very straightforward. The bolt hardware provided fit easily in the existing lock. As a part of the installation, I was required to do some troubleshooting to get the new bolt to work correctly which I found to be a bit challenging. Using the calibration app was helpful in making the bolt work better. The app is simple but works well. It allows you to lock/unlock the lock and change settings. Integration with Apple HomeKit is seamless. Simply scan the included QR code and it links. I was able to control the lock via my Apple Home app with ease. I found it super useful to use HomeKit as you can control multiple devices in tandem. In terms of performance, it works as intended. I have found that the smart bolt has not created any issues with my existing lock. Overall, if you’re looking for home automation, this is definitely a viable option.

Lock works great and consistent. Make sure you line the door correctly and it’ll work perfect. Also like how the door looks like it doesn’t have a smart lock.

Great connectivity, struggles at times to turn lock mechanism

Love it, Bought it to use with HomeKit and it works great.

The level bolt is a very ingenious device that gives you the benefits of a smart dead bolt lock and the discreteness of no one knowing that you have one since when you install it, you use your existing lock and lock handle. The lock is essentially invisible to the outside world, but the internals are smart. Level is basically the internal part of the lock, and it comes with attachments to fit most locks out there. They do have a list on their website of exact locks that are compatible out of the box and for the others, they have a few different pieces that will fit your lock. My strike plate was not the correct size for what was in the box, and I am currently waiting for a replacement from them. Once that is done, I can complete the installation, but I have it 90% installed and “working”. Overall installation was very simple, and the app set up was easy as well. The lock is responsive with using the app and only takes a few seconds after a command is sent to lock or unlock. I do not have the Amazon Alexa feature set up since my devices are not sidewalk compatible and even if they were, I do not think I would turn on that feature. So, for now, I have it installed on a side door to my garage, and it has come in handy when my kids decide to try and lock me out and it has worked great, but as I mentioned, due to a strike plate size issue on my door, it is not very secure for me right now, but for testing purposes I decided to keep it installed on my door. If you are looking for a smart dead bolt solution and your wife does not like the look of the new fancy keyboard locks, then this is a great solution.

LOVE THIS DEADBOLT LOCK!! Only thing that would make it better is geo-fencing. I wasted over $300 on the August Pro and hub.

Great product overall! This lock is super discreet and no one will ever know that you have one of the greatest smart locks in your home!

I live in a rental but wanted smart locks. This was the perfect solution. Kept all original hardware and keys but allowed me to make my situation more personalizable!

Overall great product.works great with iPhone and the best feature is georracking to unlock the product.

Man I love this design. No one can tell you have a smart lock. This fits in to your dead bolt. And functions as normal. I’m not sure about battery life yet as it’s too soon only had it for a week or less so far. But the install was fast and easy. Less than 5 minutes I had the old lock out and the new one in. After downloading the app I was able to pair with the lock quickly. I am a little disappointed with the app. Not much you can do with it other than lock and unlock the door with in Bluetooth range. I wish I could set up a schedule to lock every night at a certain time within the app it self. Now if you have a Ring door bell pro version three(found out I have V2) or up and Amazon Alexa this opens up lots of possibilities of what you can do with it. Like Control it from anywhere and set scheduling. All in all I’m happy with the lock and it works good. Customer support had no wait time and was very nice.

Great lock for not letting people know you have a smart lock. It's discreet qnd works well. Not usable on smaller than standard lock size. Comes in a beautiful box and packaging. App is garbage and you can't lock/ unlock from away from home.

Not completely satisfied, I still have issues coming up with this smart lock, I often lose communication with level bolt

Great lock but do not get if you plan to use the remote feature with different phone OS (i.e. Android & iOS) under the same household without a Ring Video Doorbell Pro. Returned the next day.

Seems like awesome lock but didn’t fit like it was supposed to so I returned 2 of them.
