Battery drains for no reason

Geek Squad will not install without it so you need a locksmith first. I had it installed and the new battery kept draining. I purchased another new battery and the same issue.

Not a reliable lock!

I was sent a replacement after the first one stopped working after a week! It kept saying the battery was dead but I replaced it three times. The replacement they sent me did the same thing. It is not a very trusting lock. Support for the lock was absolutely unhelpful and wanted me to fill out a long list of questions and take a lot of photos, most of which were provided the first time. I wasted a lot of money on this product and I want to be sure no one else does. I will be going out and finding a better smart lock.
