It’s so convenient to leave the house without my key ring in-hand. It’s also really nice to be able to unlock the door from my app, or send a code to someone to enter my home. Highly recommend

One of only a couple of Home Key locks - works with your Apple Watch or iPhone. I’ve owned and used many smart locks and this one is by far my favorite.

It worked whenever it wanted to, which wasn’t often. The other problem is the tracking software has to be on at all times for it to work.

You can’t unlock remotely while away from home - you have to be on the same WiFi network as your device to control it, UNLESS you buy an expensive add on. There’s also a noticeable delay in locking/unlocking even when near the device. It’s expensive, and there’s better products at similar price points.

You might think “how bad can it really be to install this lock?” Its bad. This lock in order to work properly had to be set perfectly in the door and frame. The planets have to be aligned, and a scarifice of something precious to you has to be given as tribute. Otherwise it will keep giving you errors or say its jammed when its not. Product support? Good luck. Not sure what type of support is closed on the weekend when a normal person with a mon-fri job can use. They actually emailed me and wanted to schedule a call. I am sorry - but no. If your product requires a mystic on the other line telling me a wood ship is messing up the lock. You have a trash product.

The Russian Roulette of door locks

It doesn’t always work and it does not work on all of my family members phones. So it’s like playing Russian roulette which family member will it choose to let in today and the rest are most likely screwed.
