I absolutely love the convenience and look of this lock. I had one with a keypad thst never worked right. This is amazing because I can just tell my phone to unlock the front door. I am a little disappointed that I have to buy a HomeKit if my family members want to use their phone to open it without using the app.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!!! Google (level lock plus battery drain) and you will see all the comments. I went thru it myself. We purchased 2 of these locks and one of them was doing this. I was putting a battery in every 4 days. It would take 6 days to get 1 email back from level lock support asking you one question or verifying one setting, they promised us batteries that we never got, and they never did anything to make it right. They are selling a product that has serious issues, taking your 330.00, and then hoping that you will just give up when they ignore you enough. These locks should be pulled from shelves. I definitely expect to see a lawsuit eventually .

Absolutely love this lock. We chose the color because it integrates with our existing handle. Easy to use to install and keeps me from being locked out of the house!

Positive: Easy to install. Good quality. Negative: Loses wifi connection easily.

Real nice deadbolt lock for my doors. Easy to install and setup. Interception with HomeKit was easy as well.

We decided to use this in addition to the Schlage connected locks and while these are much smaller and unobtrusive, they do lack the power to force the bolt to close on larger, heavier doors with weather seals. Nice App but most importantly they integrate into HomeKit.

This lock is ok for what it does but it's given me nothing but trouble since day one. After about 2 weeks, the lock just stopped working. I called customer support to find out the battery was dead. Ok cool. That was February 25th...today (March 25th) the battery is dead again. And it gives you NO warning...it just works one day and doesn't the next. I have no timer on my lock or anything that would consume extra battery power, just normal locking and unlocking a couple times a day.

Easy to use just having trouble to add someone in the home app.

Switched from my August smart lock to this and have no regrets. August was constantly draining batteries and was pretty spotty. With this I have spare keys. Use my watch all the time to unlock and also assigned NFC cards to family members. Way better.

I love my Level Lock Plus. It’s so convenient to leave the house without my key ring in-hand. It’s also really nice to be able to unlock the door from my app, or send a code to someone to enter my home. Highly recommend

I've had this lock for about a month, and I'm very pleased with it. The installation wasn't too bad, though it gets a little more complicated if you want to refit it to use your old key.

Easy install! This was quick and easy. The directions were clear and the app setup couldnt have been simpler. The ability to use apple wallet to lock/unlock is a game changer for me.

It makes my house safer, by having automatic locks. With everyone coming in and out its hard to keep track of the lock. But woth this product it makes it wayyy easier
