I really like this door lock. It looks like standard lock, easy to install, and can use a variety of "keys" to unlock/lock the house. There's the app, a standard key, and a swipe card. I did find it difficult set up the swipe card with my Android phone but after a few tries, it finally programed. The touch doesn't work so well when it's cold out which can be quite frustrating. But overall, I would highly recommend this door lock

While this lock is easy to install it is not very reliable. You need to have a Ring bridge item for it to work. It does connect to my wifi but works sporadically. Most of the time when I try to unlock it with my Android phone it will not unlock even if I am standing right next to it. I have replaced the battery twice so far and each time it will work for a few times and then it just quits. The weird thing I have found is that I can lock it by touch when I leave my home but when I get home and touch it to unlock it there is no response and I end up using the key. I have tried over and over to no avail. The even weirder thing is, it works fine with my wife's Apple phone but not with my Android. I only keep it because she can use it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Good:design is beautiful and clean, both app and bolt. Very concealed, you can’t tell it’s a smart lock. Bad: 1.the battery is 3v lithium battery, which is not common 2. the battery is in dead bolt, which the brute force entry might be concerned 3. sometimes touch to lock takes 20s to connect to your phone bluetooth even if I opened backend refresh, so you have to stand there to wait for the door to open 4.if you forgot you phone and didn’t bring keys and key card, that means you are full locked, which even worse that regular key pad smart lock

This lock is better than all the rest i've tried especially for the fact that it doesn't appear different at a glance. Only bummer is that everything new comes at a higher price point. Also love how easy it is to invite others with their own access...and then remove them too!

After using this for a season, I will say that alignment and installation does need to be unobstructed as recommended in the directions. There is the ability to make the holes to receive the deadbolt a little larger to adjust for settling of the house. My house is 30 years old and I need to make some adjustments to make it fit properly and account for settling between winter and spring/summer season. Overall, I like using the native app. I purchased a second for front and back door and will install another for the basement. My only complaint is that it does seem to eat batteries (two in 6 months). There was a firmware update, which I hope lessons the frequency. Finally, you do have to be careful when you close the door that you don't actually touch the rim of the device as it will try and lock and you will shut the door with the deadbolt extended.

love the conventional look of the lock from outside and the inside of the door. Simple install and programming, a bit pricey but should not deter anyone that sees the value in design and manufacturing of the device, love it

one of the better smart locks I have used- have cycled through several brands, including Yale. This was the easiest to install by far and HomeKit integration and touch to lock is very nice. Added the keypad for the family, have been very pleased.

Amazing build quality, top notch! - This thing weighs a lot and even the internal components show a strong manufactured quality. Components are metal and milled like you'd see in an Apple product. Love how this disappears, unlike the competitors, and no flimsy plastic gears like the SimpliSafe offering. Ingenious magnetic paddle connection is amazingly designed. It jumps right on without visible fasteners, and stays attached as an internal latch slides into place, magically. Also, it has a great range of ways to lock and unlock. Love it! So glad this exists, we're adding it to several doors.

A fantastic lock that is very Apple Friendly. If you’re an Apple user then I highly recommend this lock. It looks normal on the door and doesn’t make your entryway look overly industrial. Battery lasts at least three months I can confirm (that’s how long I’ve had them installed). We have been able to send keys to people while we were on vacation when the pet sitter had to change. Simple to install, simple to setup and very simple to use.

This product so far has exceeded my expectations! It has sustained a rock solid connection despite being about 20 feet from the wifi access point and in several days or constant testing has yet to fail to function. Bonus it doesn't look like a smart lock!! The setup within the app was really easy and it integrated into my HomeKit home seamlessly. NOTE for DIY'ers out there. You will you will most likely need to order a strike plate directly from Level, as the strike place it circular as opposed to more oval like most traditional locks. You may also need to either route or chisel away the door frame because the lock and strike plate are much thicker than standard. So be careful!

Right away this lock never worked properly. It was super slow when trying to unlock with my phone, the cards wouldn’t work that well either. I only use the actual key to open this lock cause trying to use everything else was such a hassle. Another sour point of this lock is that it can be lock picked very easily with no effort, so you don’t even get peace of mind with this lock. The only good point is that it does look nice and sleek, other than that this lock is completely worthless

Love the concept. However, my the battery within my lock keeps freezing. I keep having to rotate between 3 different batteries so one will actually function while the others warm up for the next time the lock decides to give up. And there’s no warning about low battery either. It just dies when it’s ready to die. Very frustrating because the whole reason that I got the lock is how simple it is. Not simple at all. Should’ve just caved and got the Yale. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Love this boat lock. You can set it up with your existing keyed lock or use the one that comes with it. I said it up to work with my iPhone so when I get close to the door it unlocks. And it will auto re-lock. Looks like any other boat lock.
