So ive had this for about a week. Half of the time i have to stand their and wait for it to connect to my phone if i want to use siri or the “touch” feature.

First and foremost, it's Bluetooth only. Not really handy or useful. Would not recommend if you are looking to be able to monitor from outside of your home.

Love this, it looks just like a regular lock! I love how I don’t ever have to worry about grabbing my keys, all can be handled from my phone!

Bought this lock on a whim, mainly due to the aesthetics (Love that it doesn't look like a smart lock), and I have to say I am enjoying it so far. It provides many quality of life benefits, but my favorite is that I am able to open the door with a touch. It's a small convenience but life changing. I also like being able to lock/unlock the door remotely, which came in handy when I forgot if I locked the door one morning. Installation was easy enough if you watch the installation video and follow directions. Highly recommended. The future is now.

I've been wanting a smart lock for awhile and decided to try this one based off of reviews on reddit. The lock was easy to install. Just need a philips screwdriver. The equipment itself seems very durable and the construction is top quality. It was also easy to set up the App and link the lock with my phone. I'm able to customize several options in the settings. It was also nice that there are several finishes so I was able to match the lock with the rest of the hardware in my house.

Installation is easy. I use it with my apple HomeKit which makes the unlocking easy when coming back home. And you can always check on your phone if you suspect you forget to lock when you leave your home. The lock comes with two key cards which is awesome. Feels like going into a luxury hotel room.

Would give all 5 stars if this will only work, lock stuck on length adjuster and never worked. Returned.

It’s good but when I try to close far away from my house, you can’t. To far. Unbelievable

This was Easy to instal the product and seems very safe.

Worst of smart locks out there. Only good looking.. doesn’t work most of the time. Buy something else. You will spend time continue to fix it and not worth the effort. The lock doesn’t have a way to notify you who has opened the locked. Level support will say to contact ring but there is no option with ring either since the users are setup on the level app and not on ring app. Some users have difficulty accessing the lock, keeps giving them an error. This lock doesn’t have wifi and has to rely on another device such as ring to be connected and be accessed remotely. And if you ring doorbell has direct sunlight then the level lock will not work.. Just amazes me the flaws this lock has. I wish I knew these before and bought something else. My friend who has the budget Wayze locks (they are not be best looking) but just works flawlessly!

Super slow to connect and not as useful sometimes it’s just irritating

I just installed this on the door from our garage into our home and we LOVE it! No more fumbling for keys when bringing in packages. Installation was as simple as the instructions indicated and I was able to add it to our Apple Home Kit. Our car has a keyless entry and now so does our home - life just got easier!
