The Level-Touch Edition claims itself be compatible with Ring smart home, however, it is not true. You cannot gain remote access directly from the level app, unless you connect it with apple-home kit

Lock is of excellent quality. Installation was as easy as any typical lock. I like the numerous methods to lock and unlock including touch, key cards, phone. I also installed the optional keypad. I chose to integrate with Homekit, and that was accomplished easily and witbout issue. While expensive, I’m impressed.

My daughter suggested I try a smart lock. I love that I no longer have to fumble around looking for my keys. Pretty easy to install and beautiful finish. I highly recommend.

Works ok,but the touch function to lock and unlock is not practical anyone can touch it and it will unlock not even worth having a lock then . I only use the phone function

Best quality and most versatile. Installed in a few minutes. Most of the device liveds inside the door so it looks like and ordinary lock. Then the fun begins. Unlick with a key, with the Level app, your apple homekit on watach, phone, iPad etc. or key cards.

Oh my I love this thing mostly cause I can cancel someone card when ever I want also the touch feature is really nice Also I bought three other smart locks before this one that I returned until I got this one this one was the best overall Also I like that it doesn’t obviously looks like it’s a smart lock

Really easy to install. Makes life easier when you go out of town and need people to get into your house. You can send them temporary access to thei phone for as short or long of time span as you want.

Love it!! So easy to use with the key fobs. And I got the keypad to go with it but I put it a place that is not easily visible from the street. Just the other day I had a contractor come to my house when I was at work and I was able to open the door from work on my phone app.

I've had this abrely 2 months, lost electricity once, it fried the bolt, now I have to go through the warranty process for a new one...it doesn't always connect, it's always unavailable....I wish I bought a different lock

Very good smart lock. It was very Simple to install. I would recommend this lock

Helps me feel secure. I can go on walks with just my Apple Watch and return home and use my watch to unlock the door. I’m notified if the door is ever unlocked so my young kids can’t just leave or anything when I’m in another room. Perfect.

This lock was perfect for what we were looking for. Smart lock functionality without the bulkiness of other locks which usually takes away from the look of the door. The Matte Black looks really good with our setup and people are shocked when we tell them it is a smart lock. Having multiple finishes to choose from is pretty great too. Installation and setup was smooth without any issues. Having HomeKit support makes life a lot easier for us since we have other devices on there too so no switching between multiple apps to do a few "smart home" things. It does come with 2 keys (just in case) and 2 keycards (for backup?) but we've just touched to unlock since we put it in. With 2 small kids, the "touch to open" and the autolock feature are things we cannot live without anymore. The convenience of not needing to carry keys cannot be overstated.

Yale/august seemed to integrate much better. I exclusively use HomeKit and am glad this integrates into that. I went with this because my wife did not want a techy door lock.

Tha fact that the deadbolt looks like a non smart deadbolt sold me. Works seemlessly with my apple home functions. Also, quick and easy install. The instructions had lots of pictures accompanied by words which helped me out!

I am very happy with this lock & it’s small profile and modern design. If using an iPhone, must have a model 7 or newer to program the cards & mini fobs. I have a 6, so must use a friends phone to program these accessories.

Nice Smart Lock! Very handy when you don't have a key

Nice, sleek design. It looks like a regular lock but offers the power and convenience of an automated lock. It operates with an access card or the app. The geolocator for automatic opening is iffy. I wish it had biometrics but it does not. Strong design and reliable.

I would not buy this again battery life does not last no more than three weeks bad design

Chose this lock because of its minimalistic design and us not bothering to figure out if there is enough space for other more bulky designs. Installation was easy. It works as advertised.
