There are 4 ways to open the lock: touch, key card, key, and phone. Getting locked out of my house is a thing of the past! The app is easy to use and has clear explanations of all of the features and options. I would highly recommend this lock to anybody that wants to have a smart lock, but doesn't want those other clunky options on their door. The design is simple and elegant.

The lock does not lock all the way when my door is shut. Also the plate that comes with it for the door side is too big. You have to purchase the smaller one separately directly from the manufacture. I was really excited to purchase this product and in the end was disappointed.

This version is ok i had connection issues and returned it and got the Level LockPlus version that Apple sells lets you tap your phone or apple watch to unlock. Touch feature is pretty cool
