Light inappropriately flickers!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an electrician hook this up as it was too hard for the total tech team. The switch works as a dimmer but the light rapidly and inappropriately flickers at anything between maximum and minimum brightness. It is fine at max and fine a the minimum setting but not great between. Disappointing!
