Works great help keep the air in the room clean and fresh.

Works amazingly, super quiet. We keep it on Auto at all times, and if there is something in the air that it deems as toxic, it quickly adjusts appropriately. We went and got a 2nd one for our living room, and the other is in our bedroom.

Bought 2 and they work great . Can tell the difference in air quality.

I bought this model previously and loved it and wanted to stick with the same one when mine stopped working after 3 years of heavy use. The unit sent to me is used and I’m disgusted! There’s hair and dirt in the filters and nothing was wrapped in the original plastic except the owners manual. The unit also doesn’t turn on when plugged in. It displays a faint red light and that all. It’s like there’s no quality control or they’re trying to sell off previous returns and damages. Beware!

I loved this purifier for my crib, but after about a year and a half of owning it and swapping out filters on time, it just randomly stopped working and coming on all together. Tried different outlets but for some reason this purifier just stopped working and when plugging it in I got no power to the machine.

Ordered a new One and received one that’s used! Beyond disappointed. The filters are dirty, scuffs and marks all over the tip snd front of it

Stop working after 14 months changed the filter when needed and after 14 months it just went out

Defective model. I bought 2 and they stopped working!!! Customer service won’t help and they ignore customer inquiries (unless you’re buying their product)

This product has been exactly what I expected; quiet, easy to use, and big enough for a large space. I debated on the value of the wifi but have found it to be a useful function to make adjustments (especially when the room is dark, unit function pad is off, and my wife is sleeping). I purchased this for my bedroom and contemplated a smaller unit because I was concerned about noise but decided for a similar cost to upsize, I was not disappointed as the unit is very quiet (especially on Auto which in my house has been low). The app is simple and straight forward, other than having to select the device (even with only one unit), with simple controls. My only negative is the look, I would have preferred more subdue colors which blend in instead of standing out.

I bought this air purifier because i read about how important air quality is for birds because of their sensitive lungs and plus because i have asthma from allergies due to my own cats. This air purifier definitely works, i can tell because when it goes red i can also feel the effects of the air in my room. Sometimes i have to remove cat hair from my bed and when i do the air purifier quickly detects the cat dander and help prevent my allergies by speeding up the fan to clean the air. The installation for the air purifier was very easy to set up and easy to understand. you can download their app and control your air purifier using your phone. It also works great when it comes to kitchen smells from cooking food and it removes the food odors in your room or maybe other fumes that i don't know about. I found out about the air purifier by watching a you tube video from a pet owner like myself.

I bought this air purifier in hopes of reducing my annual hay fever and also reducing some kitchen odors. I currently have this setup in master bedroom. Since the bedroom is on the second floor, we get cooking odors from time to time if we forget to close the door or turn on the exhaust fan. Right now, I have this setup through SmartThings and Alexa. I have it scheduled to turn on at 9pm to “scrub” the air using the highest fan setting. Then at 10pm it goes to low and the menu lights turn off. It runs until 6am. It’s been awesome! I don’t have the same allergy problems of waking up with bothered sinuses. It also has removed any kitchen odors. I can turn it on/off with Alexa and has had no problems connecting to the WiFi. Our bedroom is also large (400+sq ft) and this air purifier works just fine. You can’t hear the fan on the lowest setting and high is not too loud either. I highly recommend this product.

It works great and if you vacuum the filters out regularly they will last 6 months. There is a place in the app that tells you how much life is left in the filters. Problem is the filters are 42$ a pop so that is every 6 months you are spending another chunk of change in this unit. We have kept it on Auto mostly and it senses when the air is smelly - we have it in our kitchen. It does work well - no more left over food smells just wish the filters weren’t so expensive. We may do some adjusting on the time it is on. I will update after we change filter.

Have been very happy with this air purifier. Easy to use and it's reactive to the smart app. You can also tie it to Google Assistant to control it that way as well. Easily linked and added to the app and Google Home. No real major issues so far. The auto setting seems to work well and really detect added contaminants and turn up the speed of the fan and then back down again. We're using it near a cat litter box and it definitely speeds up and slows down when they use the litter box (kicking up a little bit of dust). Haven't had any issues with it not connecting to WiFi as long as my signal is strong enough.

I purchase the Levoit Heap Air Purifier a few months ago and what a difference it makes in my apartment. The dust is almost non-exsisitant and the apartment always smells and feels fresh. Super quiet even on high. I love the app and being able to monitor the unit from there and make adjustments. I leave it on auto most of the time and works great. I sleep better at night and do not even hear the purifier working. Great investment.

I purchased this item to help off set the unhealthy air quality from the recent fires. I put it in my bedroom and am very impressed. It has helped reduce my asthma symptoms and is very quiet (unless you turn it on medium/high. Plus the Bluetooth feature is pretty cool. If you have asthma that flares up when the AQI scores Unhealthy for your location - Make the investment Note: Pairing the air purifier to my wifi was a process, but worth it.

I love this air purifier. It's a nice size and is easy to use. I love that you can adjust the device's settings from your phone by connecting it to their app. I like the auto mode, sleep mode, and timer settings, on top of the 3 fan modes. All of the different settings allow me to use the device in a variety of ways. Overall this is a high quality air purifier that can function however you need it to.

Most reviews you see on this product are people that have just purchased the unit or have used it for only a few months. After only a few months, if I had written a review on this product, I would have given it 5 stars, but it has been 2.5 years and I have a much better perspective. So I bought a total of 5 of these when the pandemic hit. And they are awesome. The app is great, they work very well. But that lasts for anywhere between 6 to 11 months. Every single one of my units failed in that timeframe. Levoit replaced the unit with a new one, but they also let me keep the broken one. Kudos to them, excellent customer service. Being a tech person, I decided to take apart the broken units and every single one had the same fault. On the power pcb board, there are two capacitors. Either one or both of them were blown on every unit. I repaired all 5 of my broken units. So basically I had 10 units. The next thing that goes out on every unit after the capacitors is the air quality sensor, it will start cycling the unit from high speed to low speed every 30 seconds or so. That then fries the unit and I was not able to repair it. This happens after about another 6 months of use, so I got a total of roughly 1 to 1.5 years out of each unit by knowing how to do a repair and also a free replacement that went through the same cycle of problems. The 2 stars is because I would expect the unit to last longer than it did. Also after having it happen to all 5 I purchased as well as the 5 replacements by Levoit, I think it is safe to assume that the vast majority if not all units have this problem. So, in summary, if you are not a tech person, expect the unit to fail in 6 to 11 months. Expect a replacement from Levoit which will be under warranty, and then expect another 6 to 11 months out of it. If you are a tech person, expect to get another 6 months out of each unit. This may be ok for you, I expected more. But only you can decide, and now you have the information to make that decision.
