Horrible, embarrassing packaging!

The box was pretty beaten up during shipping and barely taped together when it got to me. To add insult to injury, when I opened the filter and was getting it set up, the manufacturer has a sticker on the top part you are supposed to peel off. I peeled it and it seriously damaged the protective coating across all of the buttons. What a terrible design flaw. Ive had the machine for 30 minutes and it already looks used. I will be returning ASAP.

Expect to buy another every so often

However my little one and this one both broke… almost at the same time, weird. Better than any Honeywell product. However, bought December 2020 and broke July 2022. Don’t recommend.. that’s even with changing the filters frequently and cleaning the dust lens etc. Yikes. My Honeywell is still kicking and had that waaaaay before 2020. Sad.

Good while it lasts

Works great...except one is completely dead. For the price I would expect more than that life expectancy. The filters I feel are also pricey. If you're debating an air purifier, get one but maybe not this one.

Works but cant sync

But I still recieved an additional email stating it's been delivered to Kansas. I told them I don't live in Kansas but they mailed it out anyway. They failed to stop the order.

No Difference

It is simply a reminder light to check the filters and clear any dust buildup; you may or may not need to change the filters at this time. Not Reliable and Breaks Easily.

Had great indicators and Smart Home integrations. But, all that goes down the hole if it can only reliably last only a little over a year.
