Worked pretty well until it just turned off and won’t work after 2.5 years. Researched this online and most people say it breaks within three years, but funnily the product is only warranties for two years. Does require the filters to be changed more often than stated even in a small room so be prepared to pay for that.

I loved many things about this purifier - it is quiet, I liked that you can control it via phone app, and I like that it would auto go on and off when air quality got worse. I've only had it for 3 years and have been diligent about changing the (expensive) filters and it just stopped working. Very disappointing.

Bought this specific model back in 2021. It was great and effective! 3 years later after being well maintained, it randomly stopped working. When plugged in, the buttons did not work and all the icon colors were lit at the same time. Its a shame. I have their humidifiers that I love and I hope theae do not meet the same fate in a couple of years

This was a great machine, while it lasted. On almost the 3 year mark to the day, I powered it off and unplugged to clean and replace the filter as I normally would when it was time to replace the filter, and it will no longer turn on. Indicating lights remain red dispute trying multiple avenues to reset. Upon a quick Google search it appears this seems to be an issue many others have had and leads to a bad capacitor.

It worked absolutely great until it randomly stopped working. Apparently these models have an issue with a transistor going bad around the 1-2 year mark

Works very efficiently, and very silent, this is our second unit, very happy with this product

Definitely purifies the air but it takes some time to clear a room of a certain smell (food, spray deodorant, farts)

Room seems cleaner and fresher with use and the low hum is perfect for sleeping

I love it and i super like i could control it with my phone.

I suffer from allergies and this purifier helped immensely

Had this product for 2 years, right after the 2-year warranty expired, it died. Worked well until its untimely death.

Wasn’t impressed, returned and went with Winx instead. I’m sure it was fine, but the Winx was a better deal.

Was happy with this product for several months. Then the control panel died and the unit will not operate. There is no cure. Check reviews online. Most of these units die before 2 years, yet make it past the 1 year warranty. They work fine but don’t last.

It worked wonderfully until about a month ago. It started not wanting to turn on, no lights, no ding, nothing. I replaced the fliter cleaned out the sensor, tried to reset it, but it seems like it’s no longer getting power to it. It’s now a dead box in my living room. I tried plugging it in to different outlets and no change. Seems like a common issue among this model. Shame because it’s not cheap.

Stopped working after 2.5 years. Powers up but the fan remains idle. Found out online it's a capacitor issue that easily could have been avoided by the manufacturer. If you are not familiar with taking apart the device, working with its circuit board and soldering and unsoldering the capacitor, this becomes an expensive electronic waste.

Have been using this with no issues. I like the smart feature. You can just set a time to turn it on and off

This thing is Garbage with a capital G. It seems to do the job, but dont expect it to last longer than 6-9 months. I started with 4 of them, now i have 2 that do nothing but take up space and 2 that still work (at least for the time being). Even if you were down for wasting money, i still wouldn’t recommend you do so on this heap.

I have 5 levoit air cleaners 3 of which are this model-they do not last. This model dies within 1.5-2.5 years. This is obviously poor manufacturing, since so many people complained. At the time of my purchase it was newer and better reviews. After time and failure more and more people had theirs die....
