Nice microwave with good power and features. Has sufficient space for all we heat. Quiet and appealing tones. Two features I miss from previous microwaves are express on buttons and stop rotating tray. I need to get familiar with sensor cooking which controls levels based on humidity in oven. Also you can express on by pushing +30 sec multiple times so working with that.

The wife said it is the best microwave she ever used. From ease of door opening, correct cooking time and temp to the soft not LOUD when cooking is done.

An excellent product. The stain resistance feature is wonderful. However, my family has one complaint: (1) the timing buttons are not very sensitive. Often takes double touches to be certain that the time wanted is set.

a great look that compliments the kitchen. The controls are easy to use. Disabling of the child-proof lock was well-documented and easy to implement.

At first the double button opening was a little to get used to. It can be changed to just a push button for opening. I am still learning to use the sensor functions but they are helpful.

I love this microwave. I'm sound sensitive and this is *so much quieter* than my older one. It cooks quick and thoroughly, and has so many nice options.

So far we really like it. Sleek design. Quiet operation. The only thing I really didn’t like was you have to use two fingers to get the dang door to open, which is really odd to me. Other than that though, I would have given it 5 stars.

I recently purchased a new LG microwave to replace a 30 year old Tappan microwave that had stopped working. I like the LG unit's sleek design and the ease of it's function. Goes to show that every 30 years it is worth upgrading.

It works perfectly, very spacious inside and the control for different types of uses works great (defrost, popcorn, etc)

Sleek design fits perfectly in the kitchen space available. Easy to use with auto 30 second cook / reheat feature. I would recommend.

Our new LG microwave works perfectly well and is a great addition to our kitchen. Very happy that we bought it.

I had a 15 month old GE 1.6 cu. ft countertop microwave. I got up one morning and it was just dead. No warnings, no nothing -- just dead. So, with the help of the excellent Best Buy team, I purchased the LG as a replacement. I have only had this for a month but I fell in love with it on first use. It CHIMES at you instead of the annoyingly beep when something is ready. It is a bit different in set up, but the instructions are very detailed and easy to use. The only downside I have is that the front key-pad is not back-lit. Apparently, very few are these days. However, so far I am extremely pleased with this purchase!

Love this microwave, it is stylish and upgrades the look af any kitchen. The grey interior is great, doesn't show splatter as a white one. The chimes are much more pleasant than our previous microwave.

Great microwave and price is great too. Definitely recommend if looking for an amazing microwave.

Good size for counter… baby proof door opening takes some getting use to…

Works well. Would be nice if LG made a smaller size but same 1200 watt product.
