I bought this product to replace an older model. The engineering flaw on the older model caused the door handle to snap at the base. This newer one had obviously been redesigned - so I picked it up. I did not have to put new holes in the wall or cabinet, everything fit right where the old model had been. Easy!

We wanted a good microwave, but one that wouldnt break the bank. It was easy to install, and it seems to work great so far

We needed a replacement microwave and this one was a great price. Instillation was a breeze as it fit right into the previous bracket and the bolts slid right into the previous holes! Big plus for me. It works well. Wish I could silence the beeping like on my last microwave.

I picked this up because my last microwave failed and needed something similar size and did not want to buy my previous brand. Had heard good things about LG appliances, so far it has not given me any trouble and I have had it close to a month now. looks sleek matches all my stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. works great, heats up things as you'd expect.

I didn't actually need a microwave when I bought this, but it was cheaper to buy all four appliances, and I thought that it would be nice to have them all match. Well it doesn't really match because this has the old, green-light display while the other appliances have modernized, white lights. I also assumed that with a new microwave I'd get some kind of improvement over my old one. Nope - it's alarmingly loud, and you can't even turn off the turn table. My ten-year-old one at least had that feature. I probably should have returned it. I'm still thinking about it. Not sure if I just wasn't paying attention in the showroom or what.

I bought this LG microwave - exhaust vent for a rental property. Looks great, preforms well and is fairly priced.

I have no complaints about this microwave. It looks awesome in person and was very easy to instal. It is also easy to use

Do you know that Best Buy doesn't stock appliances, it takes a week to get them from their warehouse?I was ready to go back to Lowes when I saw this as an open box item.I guess the salesman did'nt know it was sitting on the shelf? The salesman assured me that all items were checked for operation and complete contents before being sold. Since I didn't want to completely take the microwave out of the box in the store, I ended up with no manual or grease filters. Didn't feel like packing everything up and taking back, so I installed it anyway.It's a nice microwave,works well,Nice clean appearance.Enough features without being overly complicated.

Nice microwave for the price, easy to install, heats well. Dissappointed, no timer, my fault for not checking this feature before buying. Happy with it otherwise

Had the same L/G microwave prior. (a older model #LMV1680, but 99% the same) We bought this one because, with checking with L/G, this should fit the same wall mounting bracket. Just had to remove the two top screws to dismount the old one from the cabinet above, and this one mounted fine on the old existing bracket. Holes to mount to above cabinet match also. Took 10 min total - everything lined up. Another brand would have been a complete new install. There is ..no..' kitchen timer' (as just a non-cooking timer) on this new model, and has only one 'over the range' lamp brightness setting. Old model had both of these features. Every other microwave on display I checked in the store, has a hi / low lamp selection.

Works great and easy to install. Function buttons great. There's a lot of room and having 2 shelve make a big difference when heating up two items. The price was really good for all the option you get. Order from store was easy and didnt take ling to deliver to house. Would definitely recommend this microwave.

Very heavy and installation was quite difficult to those hired to do so. It is spacious. I keep the metal rack off as it is a nuisance to me. One should avoid using even paper towel for the cleaning of outdoor setting area. It scratches very easy.

All installation instructions and parts were included and easy to follow. Microwave performs as advertised.

There wasn't anything special about this microwave. We didn't need one with all the extra eminitites. It also matched our existing appliances and the price with installation was exceptable. We use it all the time and haven't had any problems

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. The price was an unexpected bonus. It is difficult to master but I've learned short cuts to accomplishing the same end. Plus there is no timer on this to use with other appliances.
