Good Looking, Not a Good Convection Oven

Geek Squad installation was quick and efficient. I set the convection oven to preheat to 350. It reach 220 and shut off. I called for service. Tech agreed with me and ordered parts. Parts took several weeks to arrive. Tech came and replaced parts. Now a 350 preheat gets to 290. Better, but not good enough. Best Buy is replacing the unit with the same model next week. If that doesn't work, I will be returning or exchanging for a different model.

Great Microwave

Our only requirement was that our new microwave fit in the space. Despite what "they" say, microwave height and depth has gotten larger since 1992. This microwave was the smallest we could find, and it's very nice - sleek even. It has a fun little chime when it's done that my wife loves.

We're still getting used to using it, but it seems to do everything very well. The speed defrost works surprisingly well. I love having a light underneath the unit and the exhaust fan does a great job with different speeds. Overall, we're extremely pleased with it.
